Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaThe front desk staff were exceptional. Luna, Febe, Hannah, Leo and Finn welcomed us each day through our seven day stay at Hong Knoc. Special services included: My husband left his camera battery charger lead at home. Luna sent him locally to a shop to find a lead - no success. In the meantime, she searched for a local supplier and sent Finn, on his bike to purchase the lead. We were then able to take our holiday photos. Thank you so much to the staff at Hong Knoc Hotel. Also: The spas services -facials, massages, pedicures etc were above expectations. Thank you Binh.

AustraliaAir conditioning in our room did not work properly & when it hit 35 degrees it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep.
Location was good - probably a little away from the action but opened up another part of Hanoi for us. Staff were exceptional, service with a smile and very accommodating for any requests. Rooms were large & clean, breakfast was good. Restaurant was good for a quick snack while waiting for transport.

SingaporeLocation is ok but not the best. Old Quarter is within brief walking distance but the immediate neighborhood around the hotel is chaotic without a good pedestrian walkway. Sidewalk is narrower than other streets in the city and motorbikes were parked on it. Trash was also left near the sidewalk.
Staff were professional, polite, and efficient. They seem to be well trained. Was given a large room. Very clean and everything but the TV worked flawlessly. Good value. Will stay again next time in Hanoi.
