We were welcomed on a very hot day with a cold drink. Our room was ready early and we were given an unexpected upgrade which we really appreciated. Breakfast included was really nice. The swimming pool was perfect after a hot walk and extra towels are provided for this. It's in a lovely quiet alleyway in a busy tourist area with places to eat at around.

Very nice and clean hotel on a quiet side street right in the town center. Everything was impeccable and the owner was super nice and very helpful in providing info and booking transfer. Highly recommended

Very helpful and friendly people running the hotel. Gave us a map and tips for the best place for eating out - it was! Great and very reasonably priced food. The hotel was located just off the busy main street, so convenient but quiet for a good sleep. A comfy basic clean room with all facilities we needed. Also a pool for cooling off after sight seeing, which was a real bonus. The breakfast was great, omelette bahn mi, fresh fruit and banana syrup pancakes with coffee or tea. We didn't need lunch. Organised a 5am taxi for us for the same price as a Grab. A great value for money stay.

We made a very last minute booking, like 10 mins before arrival, as the accommodation around the corner we had booked had ants in the bed. This was booked very last minute and probably their last room. It was very basic, you could hear other rooms toilet/shower etc, almost like the pipes were connected.

Very central but quiet at the same time. Hired bikes through the reception and also booked our onward bus to Danang. Reception staff very accommodating. Pool was nice and refreshing.

The noise of the extraction fan in the room was loud during the night

The lady host was really welcoming and smiling, offering us a delicious breakfast and giving precious info (like a trip on motorbike that we really enjoyed). The hotel is in the center of Hue.

My home away from home. The Staff are perfect and very heipful. The breakfast was very good,and the Coffee was sooo good. The location is perfect. Very quiet, and around the corner you are in the Bar and restaurant distrct.. And on on rhe Weekend it is a walking street I Will come back.

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout all the stay. We arrived early because we traveled overnight and they let us stay by the pool, let us use the facilities and provided towels and coffee. The breakfast was delicious, definitely worth to pay the extra. Central location, close to restaurants, bars, etc. The room was spotless clean and cleaning service was provided on a daily basis.

The bed was really hard, but we got a topper over the mattress, and than it was better!

I have no particular complaints, but ・I'm a little worried about the room key. ・Some rooms have safes and some don't.

・Although it was a bit old, the bed and water area were clean. ・The people at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. ・It's located in a place that's just outside the busy area, so it's convenient and quiet.

The only problem was with work going on the street outside that made it very difficult to getting in and out of the building but that will be temporary, and not the fault of the owners.

Great location , bed was very hard when said to the receptionist she added a topper to the bed and made a big difference thank you. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was very good.

1st room l was in had a shared balcony, so l couldn't sleep with door open. 2nd room aircon was not working due to filter, but fan was sufficient. Some maintenance issues, loose tap faucet, slow draining shower.

All staff and owners were very friendly and accommodating. I was offered meals by the owner and other guests. When l was sick staff gave made me ginger tea. My friends were welcome to come visit me in my room. I felt like part of a family.

A bit difficult to find! It's down a side alley with a very small sign and Google Maps is no help. If you see the tattoo parlor - the alley is across from that.

The toilet was smelly. Aircon took ages to cool down the room and you can't leave it working if you leave the room. The tour they offer is designed for Vietnamese tourists. A guide with a flag rushing through sites. Don't do it.

It's pretty much in the middle of the walking street, but you can't hear any noise. It's good to have a pool even though it's tiny and not as beautiful as on the photo. Their airport transfer is cheaper than Grab. Nice staff.

Rooms on the second floor are a bit old. On check in there was a ton of water in the fridge and AC was barely working but staff changed the room for me really quickly and it was much nicer and I liked it.

Staff was super friendly and because I stayed for a long time they let me check out late free of charge. I asked the men at reception where I could buy ice and he just gave me a bunch of ice for free that was nice. The pool isn't big but it was decisive for me to book this hotel. For this money accommodation is exceptional.

unfortunately our air con was not too powerful but when we asked for a fan were given one straight away. beds were pretty uncomfortable for what we’re used too.

excellent location right amongst all the good walking streets yet quiet nights sleep. staff were very helpful and even gave us a free breakfast on our last day which was lovely and let us stay around until our night train in the evening. room was bigger than expected! really loved having the pool as the heatwave was pretty unbearable to be out and about! would 100% recommend here for your Hue stay.
