We had an amazing stay. The host are extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very spatious and clean. The location is excellent. It is near all the cafes and restaurants but in a small traffic free alley. You did not have any noise at all. The value for money is insane. We can not recommend this place enough. Dont hesitate, just book! Thanks for the great stay!

Important things to note about this hotel: - The owners are very attentive. They provide free drinks and fruit and your happiness is important to them. They are really friendly people, always willing to help and can assist you in arranging trips and transportation. - The location is excellent. Extremely close to the centre where you will find many cafes, bars and restaurants. - It's really good value for money. Quiet rooms which are clean and there's always hot water available for those who want it. I would happily stay here again!

A very comfortable clean room. Excellent friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet, it is at the end of a small alley off one of the main walking streets. Close to many excellent restaurants. Only a short taxi ride to Hue railway station and the ancient citadel.

An and Trinh are amazing hosts. They are so lovely and friendly. They really put the HOME in homestay private hotel. They take the time at your welcome drink to take you through tour options as well as food options around town. Of which there are so many as you are in the heart of walking street. Still, a quiet peaceful nights sleep. I also loved the cute little breakfast options. They cook it themselves. Thank you so much An and Trinh. I will recommend Hong Thien Ruby Hotel to anyone looking for Hue accomodation. It is amazing value for money.

This hotel has the very best owners, they are really very nice people who will help you with any advice or help you might need. Upon arrival we were greeted with fruit and tea, which was very pleasant. At breakfast, they offered us another extra meal free of charge for our satisfaction. The cleanliness of the room was great, as were the bedding.

In a very good area, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, they close off surrounding streets at night time on weekends and the streets are alive with people. Room is very quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly

Great place to stay in Hue! Great location literally not even 30 seconds away from the main walking street on the weekends. Owners were great and very hospitable. Definately recommend if you are on Hue and looking for a clean, comfortable affordable place to stay. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely everything! The hosts were sooo nice. Starting from a welcome drink and fruits, to giving recommendations what to do and where to eat, giving us an umbrella and organizing a scooter for us. The breakfast was great, you could order as much as you liked. We liked the scrambled egg especially. The room was clean and spatious, with a comfortable bed. We would stay here again!

The owners were fantastic - far beyond just standard hospitality. Welcomed us with a fruit bowl, helped with everything we needed, even let us taste their son's birthday cake. We felt like visiting good friends. Not to mention really tasty and generous breakfasts.

The hosts are super friendly and helpful. They were very friendly and helpful and organised everything we needed: tours, airport trips, etc. Despite being close to the main entertainment streets, the hotel is located in a small street nearby which is surprisingly quiet. This is a big plus. Great breakfast!

Very friendly, nice staff. We were welcomed with tea/coffee and a fruit platter. Room is very clean with good shower and everything you need. I can't think of anything to complain about.

The best thing about this hotel is its owners, who are incredibly pleasant, kind and helpful. They had no problem changing our room from a double to a triple, upon arrival they welcomed us with fruit. As the breakfast was excellent, we were able to choose from the menu and we were able to choose more individual items (such as noodles and an omelette). I really recommend this hotel, you will be surprised.

12/10 if possible! Incredibly welcoming staff who served fruits and drinks when we arrived. The room was spacious, spotless, clean, and comfy. Location is perfect with short walking distance to bars & restaurants. Breakfast was just delicious, and we could order as much as we wanted - would always stay there again!
