The owner and their staff are so helpful. They arranged for our transportation and tour thoroughly, with friendly smiles. Their free bikes are a big plus and allow us to tour the city leisurely.

The hotel is well-located in Chau Doc, near a major road in the city where you can find everything you need and just a 10-minute taxi/scooter ride from the Futa bus station. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It's not a 5-star hotel, but it's definitely good value for money. More than anything, the host is really helpful and nice. We would like to extend a big thank you to her; she did everything she could to make our stay in Chau Doc easier during our 3-day visit, even though we only stayed one night at her hotel (arranging mini-bus transfers, scooter rentals, luggage storage). She also provided a lot of recommendations for our visit to Chau Doc area.

This Hotel is handy to the main town and the river. We were met by Dang and the other reception staff who are friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to help with bookings, bus and information. I got sick and needed immediate healthcare, one of the staff drove me to hospital in the middle of the night after I couldn’t get a taxi or ambulance. Dang provided assistance to myself and my wife by translating my symptoms to the Drs, organising transport and on going medical treatment in Ho Chi Min City. Dang and the other staff went above and beyond the call of duty to get me to a safe place for my health.

Friendly staff who organised a motobike to rent as well as the bus to Can Tho for us:) we only stayed one night but enjoyed our time and would come again:) there are also free bicycles to go to the city centers!

Maybe a mosquito net at the window so we could open it at night. But overall, as said, this Hostel highly meet quality-price ratio.

The reception and management are out of this world: super friendly, organized, fast, ready to help and make everything easy for you. I liked the free bikes in very good conditions and the choice of our guide for the day. Good value for money, please don't change!

The beds were a little hard but the help we received means I'd happily sleep in a slightly harder bed.

The lady at reception was so helpful in planning a trip out to the Tru Sa forest and Sam Mountain and our onward travel amongst other things. She helped us make our transition from Cambodian to Vietnam smooth by organising sim cards shopping to exchanging money. Thank you, a weight off our minds.

If you’re wanting a base in Chau Doc for a few days, come here. Perfect for a 15/20 min stroll down easy side roads to the main water front/markets, or use the bicycles provided by the hostel. I think it’s more hotel than hostel. We had a kingsize room, which had a huge bathroom, and a very large comfy bed. But it was the managers that made it special as well. They organised two custom made trips for us, practically the day before. These were not expensive nor overpriced. Their effort to make our time & trips memorable was great. They also recommended that we did a trip a certain way, to get the best experiences, and then organised it for us. If you want to feel looked after, as a non speaking Vietnamese traveller, I can’t recommend them enough.

Hostel Dang Loi offered a spotlessly clean, spacious, and comfortable room. The room had a range of modern facilities including kettle, hairdryer, and refrigerator. The hostel is located within walking distance to all the hot spots of the vibrant town. The staff are second to none and kindly helped us to organise motorcycle rental and plan our route to the local attractions. The staff went the extra mile to attempt to return our forgotten items. Overall an excellent accomodation experience 👌

Location - not central, but it was quiet

Very clean, simple rooms - well priced. FUTA mini bus dropped us at front door. About20 walk to centre of town - easy to ask for a taxi (metered around 50k). - or we were offered bikes. Host was keen to sort out onward travel - for us that was not necessary

Location, good and clean rooms, Scooter rental, booked us our boat to Cambodia. Hint: If you plan to visit the sunken forest, rent a scooter and go via all the small rice fields coming from the north. So you can visit a the forest on foot for free and see much more of the forest than if you’d go by boat tour ;)

The hosts are axtremely kind and helped us organizing our trips around Chau Doc as well as a bus to go to Ha Thien. The room is really clean and the bed is big. It's well located, in between center, ferry and bus station.

Good, cheap place to stay if you’re taking the boat up the Mekong river to Phnom Penh, which they booked for us, just sent a message few days before arrival and was super easy. Room was large with all the things you needed. They had free bicycles to use to get around

Room service "tidied" my belongings by putting things in the bags I have. I do not like people moving ( reorganizing) my things- especially without my permission. Front staff not aware of current information( Ie- that local floating market had not resumed since Covid).

Not a lot of dining options in close proximity, which made an early breakfast before the ferry a little challenging, but hotel were happy to help organise transport to get into town.

Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to look after us. We left an item behind which they took to the fast boat so we could pick it up in Phnom Penh. They also changed our rooms booked online so we could have the kids on the same floor as us, and communicated the proposed change with us prior to arrival.
