Staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel was in a great location, close to restaurants and tourist spots. Hidden away from noise. Had a very comfortable stay and would stay again. Lots of choice for breakfast (with some items at a cost) which kept everyone happy.

Cute little homestay in walking distance to the main walking street with bars and restaurants. Room was cosy and clean. The staff were so helpful and friendly and spoke amazing English, always happy to help! Breakfast was delicious too :) 100% would stay again if ever in Hue

The staff was amazingly kind and helpful. They gave me a map of the city in arrival and explained what to visit and how to get around. I spent my last afternoon at the reception and to avoid the heat and they kept offering water and juice.

What a wonderful stay. The hotel is tucked back in a very safe alleyway, making it quiet to sleep at but still very close to good restaurants, shops and cafes. The rooms are big and clean, the hot water great, the breakfast is delicious and the staff is so friendly. Shoutout to Nhi for the great conversation and tips. They have helpful amenities in addition to the breakfast like laundry, motorbike rentals and travel services. Oh and they let us store our luggage after an overnight bus as well as check in at 10am since our room was ready. It felt like home when we came back every night from a fun time in Huế.

As soon as i arrived i felt comfortable. The english speaking personal was extremly helpful to help me to check in. I also had my laundry done and it was finished in a very short time.

Maybe a kettle in the room could be provided but there was one on the landing so not really a problem.

The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of the citadel and main town. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure that you were OK and had everything and all of the information that you needed about the hotel and Hue, they spoke very good English. The room was very clean and comfortable and our room on the top floor was very quiet.

The staff are very friendly, discreet and helpful. The breakfast is very good and complete. The homemade passion fruit jam was excellent! The hotel is very well located, at the end of a very quiet alley. The room and bathroom are spacious, comfortable and clean.

We had such a warm greeting from the family at Hue Hotel, we felt truly welcomed. They gave us lots of helpful ideas about the local sights and how to work out an itinerary. The room was a good size, spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was modern with good hot water. The aircon worked well and there was a fridge in the room. We slept very well here+ The location was excellent for local restaurants and easy to get to the citadel. It's also down a peaceful side street which is quiet despite being very near the nightlife. Breakfast was tasty too! We hired scooters, with the hotel, to visit the emperor tombs outside the city. This was easy, the scooters worked really well and we had good advice about our route too! we loved our stay here and would really recommend Hue Nino Hotel!

Great location along a quiet street, but only 5 min walk to restaurants and busier part of hue, the room was clean and the staff we're so helpful and kind. Would recommend for travellers who like a hotel away from the busier areas.
