Very pleasant location right by the river where you can enjoy a good breakfast, evening drink or just chat about the day in scenic location. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Good recommendations for food and activités as well. The location initially seemed a bit off when looking at a map, but this is very lively and pleasant area. Things around the citadel are quite neglected and empty - I would stay here again :)

The air conditioners are a little dated. Could use some new ones. Could use some softer mattresses but that’s my personal preference

Great location overlooking the river. The rooms are lovely and felt very new. Great breakfast. Amazing staff who very kindly collected us from the train station and were very helpful and knowledgeable about planning tours and onward travel. Great location for exploring Hue and nice restaurants nearby. Would absolutely recommend. Quy was very kind and helpful.

Excellent location!! Location is so important and this place was central to Walking Street (bars and restaurants) but just far enough back from the street to be quiet. The staff were very friendly and had great recommendations. Definitely recommend.

I loved this villa down by the river. Location was great right in the city, but once you walk down the alley it was so much quieter by the river. Loved the welcome tea and breakfast and unlimited cold water.

Absolutely beautiful location. Right in the bank of the perfume river. The staff were very knowledgeable about tours and did not oversell. They also had a complimentary pick up service from the train station.

Staff were extremely friendly and eager to go the extra mile to make your stay a good one. Very nice riverfront location. Amazing breakfast. Very comfortable and clean room. Complimentary pick up from train station and waited even though our train was almost 1 hour late. Free cold water refill.

A few cracked tiles need to be replaced, and a high pressure clean on the pavers outside would make them less slippery. But honestly, these are very minor points.

The staff were fabulous and friendly, really helpful. The location is the best, right on the river, tucked away from the main streets. Lovely plants in the room. And a lovely front garden overlooking the river, great to eat breakfast in.

There is nothing that we didn’t like.

This was a fabulous little property that was charming and cozy. The staff are very attentive and very kind. The location is really great for getting around Hue. The citadel is very close, walking distance for those who wish to do so. The selection of restaurants in the close vicinity of the property is amazing. You won’t go hungry, especially with the very large selection of breakfast items offered by the property.

My immediate first thought about being down a narrow lane was one of safety. Totally unfounded. The only people coming down the lane were connected to the residences or accommodations along the way. Each day when we returned and saw the lane we felt that we were coming home.

We stayed in Villa 3 right on the riverbank for four nights. It was a quiet, peaceful and interesting spot to sit and enjoy an evening drink [self provided] or to have the lovely breakfast provided every morning. The accommodation is down a narrow lane off a narrow street where there is a laundry, small shops, restaurants and the like. Grabs come very quickly. The room was of a good size, well equipped with a small desk and chair in the corner for the laptop, mirrors, tea, coffee and fruit were there to welcome us. Staff were very helpful, attentive and friendly. We took advantage of the free pick up from the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay here and absolutely loved Hue.

Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Drinks on arrival were much appreciated, as was the luggage storage and shower facilities after an extremely hot day visiting the sights before our overnight train. We were even given a free taxi to the train station - above and beyond! Excellent breakfast - banana pancakes, yum! Very comfortable bed and good central location. I can highly recommend this accommodation.
