Excellent facilities, modern and comfortable. High level of service everything from opening doors, bringing luggage to rooms and always present at reception to help with any questions. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Fantastic selection of authentic and fresh food. Special mention to all the different fruits served. Great location within 5 min walk to walking street. Even helped us organise transport to our next destination of Hoi An. Highly recommend this hotel in Hue.

Because it located in a small alley and there is no parking area for car. That would be very hard for family group travel!

I really loved the furniture, design, layout here something looks very Indochine, something reminds me of Imperial Hue Palace but it is still modern with dark tone, looking luxurious somehow and full-filled with necessary facilities! It is very closed to many good local bar, pub, spa & massage

The room was clean and very cozy. Locationwise the hotel is in a very narrow and quiet street, but not far from the restaurants. The staff was really friendly. I was provided with waterbottles every day and they helped me with choosing and booking tours and a private driver and even asked me every evening about my day. Breakfast was very good. There was lots of fruit, toast, rice, noodles, soup, bacon, fresh juices etc and also I could order different egg variations every day. Su su and the breakfast team made sure I was ready for the day.

Such a great place to see Hue from. Super friendly staff who speak great English, help you with your bags and help organize anything you need. When we were checking in both me and my partner were sick, and they helped organize an early check in for us without notice. Some of the best customer service I have had at a hotel anywhere! Even had a bath in the ensuite. Would recommend.

Our only complaint was the coffee served at breakfast! Very weak and tasteless but the other items offered were excellent.

Quiet location in a busy area. The staff are very friendly and helpful, our room spacious and clean though the bathroom needs an upgrade but it was clean. Very good value for money. Good buffet breakfast with excellent made to order eggs.

Nothing really. Just the interior decoration in the hotel room is a bit simple and rough even though if it is newly renavated.

It is a newly renovated hotel. The interior decoration in the lobby and restaurant is in beautiful french colonial style. Breakfast was good! All staffs were very friendly. They can speak good English especially thanks to Sarah the front desk girl. She was really helpful in booking car and boat renting for signtseeing, also with money exchange.

Staff were fantastic and so helpful. One of us was ill during the stay and they brought tea to the room and helped us check in for an extra night. The staff also arranged all transport and day trips for us for a very reasonable price. The room was beautiful and the aircon worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing place to stay in Hue. The staff were so warm and welcoming as soon as we entered. Let us check in a bit earlier due to our early arrival and took our bags up to our room. When we came down, they had a map for us and told us some great places to eat and visit. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was fairly decent. Lots of fresh fruit and some hot options. We needed to check out early (5:00am). They weren’t sure if grabs/taxis would be operating that early so they booked us a private car for 250,000VND (which was same price as taxi or grab). Due to us leaving early, we would miss breakfast, so they made us some food to go to take with us when we checked out. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Bed was big and comfy. Overall, we had a great experience here and would happily book again if we returned to Hue.

The staff at Serene Palace were exceptional! We had a very early morning flight from Hue and as we were leaving before breakfast they prepared us a take away breakfast. They were extremely knowledgable about the area and prices of thing and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed 6 nights in this wonderful hotel. The staff were the friendliest, most professional and helpful we have had anywhere in Vietnam. They treated us like family and had beautiful humour. Every staff member from the reception, doormen, breakfast staff to the cleaners couldnt have been better. The rooms were comfortable, roomy and clean with a balcony. Breakfast was delicious with omelettes and eggs made to order as well as a good variety of other options. Great location. Would stay here again.

The staff was very nice and friendly! Always up for a chat and they genuinely showed interest, special thanks for Su Su and Kelly, they were really helpful and kept on asking how I was when I was a bit sick. Su su also gave us a small snack for our way to Hoi An! There was also a big variety for breakfast and it was delicious. The room was nice and the hotel quiet.

The aircon in the room could be stronger. It took a long time to cool the room. Doesn’t appear that the AC is very strong in the whole building.

Really lovely hotel staff and excellent and prompt communication before and during my stay. Especially Mrs Kelly, Sarah, Catherine and Su Su at breakfast. Very well-appointed room, it was large and everything seemed brand new. The best breakfast during our whole trip. The foyer and breakfast room are so elegant and plush. I would gladly return to this hotel mainly for how kind and professional the staff are.
