Good location. Amazing staff. Excellent service. For the early flight, we had to check out before the breakfast time but the staff still offered us the take-away one. We couldn't expect more. Definitely choose this hotel if we have chance to come back here.

There was a charge to use the bedside lights, I thought this was strange and that they should have increased the price to cover this cost instead of it being an add on

Location is in a narrow alley that felt a little seedy (although I think it was quite safe). Scooters seem to use it as a cut-through when the nearby streets are closed at night, so it can be a little difficult to navigate. But taxis can just about get through.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, central location, functioning WiFi, great value for money. It's a perfect base for exploring the old town. You can walk to the Imperial City in about 20 minutes, and there are plenty of taxis and other transport options too. Loads of restaurants and cafes nearby.

Located in a narrow lane, hardly accessible by vehicle. On check out we were told by the Receptionist to walk out to the main road and the Concierge will help with the baggage. But I informed our driver to drive in front of the hotel. Breakfast was simple and limited.

Room is large with bathtub. Clean and comfortable mattress. Location is great near lots of restaurants and eateries. Walking distance to Perfume River side and tourist attractions.Friendly staff

I prefer a shower, but my room had a tub. I'd like to see grab bars as getting out was a bit awkward.

The staff were great. Always available and helpful and very friendly. Room was pleasant and worked well-enough power outlets, chairs, places for suitcase. Housekeeping was good-beds straightened daily, fresh bottled water, etc. Lots of breakfast options.

room is clean, modern and convenient location is really good, near Walking Street. a cheap and fast laundry store is opposite staff is truly supportive, we came to Hue at 2am and staffs still helped us to brings our belongings to room.

Good location for shopping/cafes/restaurants. Pleasant walk to Imperial Citadel (approx 30 mins) across Bridge or take a GRAB taxi/scooter. Clean hotel, pleasant staff and good continental breakfast. Room and ensuite with bath good size. As a sole traveller I felt safe.

The hotel staff was very helpful in advising us on our trip to Hué. In addition, they even prepared a breakfast for us to take with us upon early check-out. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a well equipped bathroom.

We had a wonderful time at the Serene Hotel. Recently renovated with beautiful decor. Catherine and Kelly were very friendly and helpful and happy to assist with our enquiries. All the staff were fantastic from the bell boys, cleaners who daily had us returning to our rooms freshened up and the staff in the breakfast room. A great breakfast as well.

All the staff were really really friendly and helpful. When we told the staff we were checking out early in the morning, before breakfast, they offered to pack breakfast for us to take on the road. Very thoughtful! The facilities was comfortable and location was great, in the city center but away from all the noise.

Super helpful staff! They went above and beyond and helped us get to the train station by their own mopeds on Tet holiday, when no taxi was available. Everything else was great too. The rooms and breakfast were excellent.
