The hosts An and Yinh were amazing, very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner together every day along with other guests, it was great to hear about life here and just talk like friends. It was a lovely stay in nature with beautiful places around to explore, would highly recommend!

The accomodation is pretty barebones but you get what you pay for, and when we talked to them about any issues (eg. one of the mosquito nets not fitting the bed) they immediately came to solve the problem.

Despite the language barrier, remarkably lovely, helpful, and welcoming family! Nice stay at their little home farm.

Had a very lovely and warm experience with Yinh and the entire family. Everything I needed and wanted was never a problem - renting a motorbike or booking a very interested tour. I felt like part of a family during the stay and when we had dinner together. Thanks for the genuine and unforgettable experience! PS: the dinner was delicious and you can take it seriously from me - I am a picky eater! :)

I loved this property because it has a real authentic and rustic feel to it along with a relaxing, chilled ambiance. It’s close to a lot of treks and if you rent a motorbike you can discover the surrounding areas of Mu Cang Chai easily

Everything was great! Take im mind that this is a homestay, rooms are basic but they have everything you need, mosquito net is a big plus. it’s clean and cozy and one can have a meal there. What we liked the most is the family/hosts. We had dinner all together, sharing stories and laughs. Everyone was friendly and kind and we had a great time. They also offer all kind of tours (we went trekking and it was amazing after spending a lot of time on the motorbike). Highly recommend for experiencing local culture, and their English is good so communication was easy

fantastic dinner and tea with friendly hmong family and experiencing local culture, we learn a lot about honey from wild bees ☺️ it is located around 150km before Sapa, great for 1 day on motorbikes and you will see wonderful nature on the way.

I cannot recommend this Homestay enough. Yien, his wife and the whole family are the most friendly & helpful people. I had the most amazing time sharing mealtimes with the family, going on an amazing hike through the rice terraces of Mu Cang Chai & learning a lot about the Hmong culture and traditions.

Extremely nice family. They were very helpful, giving recommendations, helping with transport, and answering any questions you might have about Hmong life and the region! I went with them on a hiking tour (around 35usd for a whole day, includes good) and we spent the day walking along the rice fields in a small group with beautiful views. Highly recommend!

Not only were the folks extremely friendly (I think the fact that almost every comment mentions that speaks for itself), but also the owners really saved my day. They helped organise a bus for me and my motorbike (which broke down the day I left the homestay). I think it wouldn't be a stretch if I said that it was the most kindhearted family I've ever encountered through booking.

The whole homestay vibe, really authentic Hmong hospitality. The simple dinner with the family. They have another brunch further up the road but with fantastic views of the paddy fields.

My visit was in December and the early mornings and nights were chilly. If you are planning a trip during winter bring some layers to keep you warm until the sun is up.

Breakfast was great. The family was very accomodating for vegetarian diet. Meals were varied and the selection was good. Really enjoyed the Hmong family who own this place. Super kind and helpful. If you're interested they will share information about the Hmong people's history and culture that you probably never knew. Staying with this family is not like staying at a hotel. This is a different and wonderful experience in a really beautiful rural area. The views in this area are breathtaking and they will inspire you to return again.
