Staff were lovely on arrival at check in. The corner room had a lovely view, although I was hoping for a higher floor. Organised club access in advance for our last evening and staff were absolutely fabulous and food was delicious, only comment would be that it wasn’t as a relaxed an atmosphere as I am used to with club rooms, I was expecting more lounge/ casual seating areas , but then again this hotel is geared to business people. Also organised a late check out as our flight was at 9.30 pm , which was greatly appreciated on such a warm day being able to relax in our room as opposed to in the foyer or by the pool. Breakfast had an amazing selection , for both my omnivore husband and myself as a vegetarian, the friendly staff helped me find all the available green options. Also had a transfer to the airport and our driver, and I apologise for not getting his name, was AMAZING, got us there safely in Saigon’s crazy Friday night traffic in a timely manner. Location is in the heart of district 1 attractions, literally across the road from book street that I recommend a stroll down. As a lap swimmer the length, and cleanliness of the pool was appreciated. Would recommend this hotel and would return . Thank you to all staff for a Lovely stay.

Expensive compared to other options like Sheridan Residences which offer huge apartments at lower cost.

Expensive but nice with very comfortable beds and proper duvets etc. Good food.

The hotel staff were really warm and welcoming to my family from the moment we checked in. They made sure we were well looked after during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, there was a wide variety of foods from different cuisines. We thoroughly enjoyed it! Our room was clean and tidy.

The outdated shower and bathtub’s equipments. The “antic” coffee maker. The quite expensive, overcrowded breakfast buffet… Starbucks round the corner… We were bit disappointed not being able to enjoy the concerts at the Hard Rock Cafe (no more there) downstairs as we were doing before.

It was all excellent - just the reception staff point I raised above. I am not being picky, but his bad attitude rated a mention.

We loved Intercontinental Saigon! The ambience, and the food in both the Italian and Chinese restaurants was exceptional! I always rate food, if I will keep it in my memory always, and that was definitely the case with Intercontinental Saigon! Yum Yum! 💗 Just one thing though, the reception staff man who checked us in could have been a lot more pleasant! Thank you!

As always the deposit … they asked for 6 million VD for 3 nights which is … yeah. Eventually I paid 3 million VD cash which was ok. - also the bar is nothing to write home about …

Pretty much everything was really good. Swimming pool. Gym. Room service. Laundry service. Bed. Etc. I would return.
