The overall environment is clean and relaxing. The presence of monkeys is a bonus! For anyone who aspires to live a life "far away from the masses", this is THE place. It's indeed a privilege to stay here in this slice of paradise for three nights, the memories of which linger in our minds days after we left the place. All Staffs are friendly and helpful. We were invited to attend the weekly cocktail party on the beach upon our initial arrival. Mr. Hai Nguyen, the Director of Guest Services, came to us at the party. We had a very pleasant conversation about the hotel and its role in promoting the local communities and, in a sense, the nation by large. And an outcome of the conversation was an unexpected, pleasing though, surprise Mr. Hai offered us. Indeed, a once-in-a-life experience for us!

beach staff was not proactive in the club beach area, restaurant food for lunch and dinner was not great value for money and was at most "ok". we tried barefoot and the long bar. some of the guests' attire did not do the beautiful location justice and we were saddened to see that the dress code was not enforced in the lounge area where the requirement was quite explicit

This resort is incredible. Like a dream. They gave the designer cart Blanche and it really shows. Everything is detailed and glorious. Spectacular place particularly if you love beauty and appreciate creativity.

The atmosphere and service of the breakfast were very good and the views wonderful, but the food could have been better. The pho was on the salty side and the bun bo would be better with a bit more lemongrass. As much as possible, the hotel would benefit from more control of the local monkey population. The monkeys have clearly become accustomed to human food, are vicious, and have absolutely no fear of humans. On multiple occasions, groups of monkeys came onto the balcony of the room, and in one particular instance a large monkey swiped at our 5-year-old son's face, missing his nose and eyes by a few millimeters. The attack was completely unprovoked and had the effect of making us feel less safe and relaxed at the hotel.

The room was very nice and every detail of the design was well thought out. The views were wonderful and the architecture incredible. Saturday night BBQ at the beach was excellent. Every dish, especially the seafood & fish, were amazing. I would absolutely go back. The staff were also friendly and the kids club was the highlight for our family.

Some staff’s English is not great and misunderstandings happen, and I remember one waiter is pushing just a bit too hard like borderline disturbingly asking us mention his name in Google review, which I wouldn’t do because it would be a disservice to him if I actually write down how I feel about him.

The exterior and interior design of this resort are absolutely visually pleasing, the staff is extremely professional and nice, food quality is excellent, activities pack is great, and kids club is a life saver for parents!

The view was fantastic. The whole resort exerted luxury and relaxation. Our 2 bedroom Royal Suite was gorgeous, with our own infinity pool and a karaoke room!
