First of all, we thought it would be better to start our first trip with Nha Trang from InterContinental Nha Trang, which has a good location and evaluation. As expected, the hotel room was very spacious, the room condition was pleasant, and the ocean view was good. But the most impressive thing was the kindness and meticulousness of the hotel staff. We could already feel their kindness from the moment we got out of the taxi after arriving from the airport. In the hotel lobby and lounge, Cookbook cafe, buffet restaurant, swimming pool, all the staff are very friendly, and they carefully examine whether there is any inconvenience or need for the guests. Of course, a five-star luxury hotel should have such service, but there are many hotels that are unexpectedly not, and InterContinental Nha Trang shows the class that is worthy of a five-star luxury hotel. On our first visit to the hotel, the two nights in this hotel gave us great comfort and satisfaction in that respect, as we had to start our journey. Also, the hotel breakfast was excellent, especially with many separate menus, and everything we ordered was delicious. The buffet staff were also very skilled and friendly, so we had a comfortable and enjoyable meal. Before leaving for the next hotel after two nights, we had a few cups of coffee at the Cookbook cafe, and the view of Nha Trang beach through the window was especially memorable. Thank you and we will definitely visit InterContinental Nha Trang again on our next trip to Nha Trang :)

We had 3 breakfasts which were all delicious and changed its menu every morning. Location of buffet is easy to access and all staffs are very kind and keen to get what guest ask prior to raising hands. Both 2 rooms, one ocean view panoramic king suite and another city view, were excellent and very comfortable to stay. Services from concierge and club lounge staff far exceed our expectation and deserve very top rate compared with other 5 star or even 6 start hotels that I have been. Overall, the best!

Hong KongTV manual says BBC Earth and Animal Planet are in English, but it is in Vietnamese. Called the front desk for help and got a reply that these two channels are in Vietnamese at the moment.

This property was exceptional in every way. The location, the views, the rooms & the facilities are all in a class of their own. We were upgraded to a stunning ocean view suite which literally took our breath away. Spending 5 nights here was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam and every day we felt very grateful to be spending time in this beautiful hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff who greeted us with a smile every time we arrived at the foyer, breakfast cafe or the club lounge. Thank you to the housekeepers who made it a joy to return to a beautifully made up room. We had a wonderful seafood buffet at the restaurant which was beautifully prepared & presented. We enjoyed a treatment at the day spa which was definitely a five star experience. We enjoyed time at the well attended pool area, the private beach area and we used the gym. The attention and staff at the Club Lounge and breakfast cafe deserve special mention Nha & Thao you are delightful young ladies. United StatesThis is a beautiful property with very high-end amenities. The service rendered by the staff and their friendliness while doing so was outstanding! You felt genuinely welcome by everyone there. The room was beautiful, spacious and was serviced twice a day. The spa was wonderful and the Breakfast Buffet outstanding. I travel internationally frequently and have been to Nha Trang a number of times. This is my new go-to location in NhaTrang. No reason to ever stay anywhere else again.
