We found a bug in the kitchen drawer. I think a visit from pest control will easily get rid of it.

The property seems clean and tidy. Ophelia is very kind and attentive to our needs, I love how she gave us a honeymoon gift as a little welcoming gesture which I really appreciate. Will definitely come back!

If you'd like to eat in a restaurant this is a challenge. Lots of street food around but you'll not find a restaurant close to the apartment. Of course there are 5 coffee shops or more on the block but not a restaurant..

Location was a bit far from most things. There weren't restaurants or good coffee shops within walking distance. Access to the lake was a bit more challenging than appeared on google maps as you need to walk around the green spaces between the flat and the lake

Very comfortable and spacious apartment with separate kitchen. Washer/dryer combo machine worked well and the front desk supplied some laundry tabs. Easy to check into the flat. Very quiet. Front desk girl was also very responsive via whatsapp and she was kind enough to ship my mobile cable to my next hotel in Ninh Binh when I left it behind.

Building construction made a bit noisy in the morning

The staff, Ophelia, was really kind and helpful with her instruction how to check.in since we late check.in. The room.was clean, neat, and has great facilities such as sauna, kitchen+eating utensil, washing machine with dryer, and bath tub. It was a great stay!

Everything. The host was very informative and anticipative. She mentioned beforehand there there was a construction work close to the hotel and there may be a disturbance. She offered us a discount if we decided to stay despite the construction work. We decided to stay anyway. During our stay we barely experienced any disturbance. The room itself was outstanding. Very modern and really comfortable. We couldn't ask for more!

We booked after having read all of the outstanding reviews. Well, we can now confirm everything is as amazing as stated. We have travelled extensively and stayed in many high-end hotels, with exceptional facilities and staff. Jayu River Park is right up there with the best. We were treated like royalty from the minute we were greeted at the airport to the minute we left. Christian, the manager, has assembled a fantastic, dedicated team who know how to take customer service to the next level. This was even confirmed to me by someone we met in town who used to work there. She told me that Cristian has a talent for recruiting a team that are fantastic to work with. Well done to all of the staff from the ones we met at mealtimes, the spa staff, the lady who cleans around the pool everyday, the lady who sits patiently creating the lotus flower decorations everywhere around the boutique hotel, the gardeners who work so hard to keep the place beautiful. The guy who delivers the laundry, the guys who do the rooms and turndown service. The reception staff and the drivers and managers. You all work in the most unobtrusive, dedicated, and discreet way to make our stay something to be remembered. You are all amazing people with the most beautiful smiles, which makes an enormous difference to the feel of a place. And I am sure they were all very genuine. Another thing to mention is that if you are environmentally aware, this hotel goes the extra mile to reduce plastic waste and other initiatives and is encouraging other hotels to do the same. I treasure my insulated water bottle as a reminder. There is a dedication to making a difference to the local community from this hotel, and that means a lot. I spoke to another guest who visits every year to help the local community by building houses for families. The people in Cambodia have been through some terrible times (pol pot), but they remain beautiful, kind smiling helpful people.

Everything :) Smooth check in. Possibility of late check-out. Staff is very polite and helpful :) Great location: not far from city center which is very good as center is very loud and overcrowded. Hotel is located on a very quiet street, almost next door to the market and multiple places to eat & drink. Apartment itself is very spacious, clean, comfortable, great design. We enjoyed washing machine with drying function also 😀 In addition we got new year gift-box from the hotel which was soooo cuuute! P.S. don’t hesitate to use transfer from and to airport offered by accommodation, it was good and cheaper than Grab taxi. Thank you JAYU for such a memorable experience! You really show a very high level of service quality 😉

The rooms should be equipped with chopsticks or other eating utensils in case the guest wants to eat the cup noodles in the room. Please also fix the thermostat/AC so that it can actually be adjusted.

The location of JAYU was great, being across the street from the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and a bunch of delicious holes in the wall within a 5-minute and 10-minute radius by foot. I also liked the privacy and quietness of my room. The bathroom was super clean and felt very luxurious.

Walls are quite thin so we could hear the neighbours (next door, across the alley, etc) talking loudly. Which is fine during the day and evening. However, the time we were there, there was heavy construction next door that starts at 6am every morning. They can’t control the construction so the ear plugs provided were the best they could do, but it was insufficient.

Clean, well-equipped rooms, aesthetic. Looks just like the pictures! Came with a smart TV. Impressed at their customised bath linen.

Rooms are on a high standard and look very new and modern. We booked two double bed rooms which were next to each other. As there were no other rooms on the floor, we had the whole floor for ourselves. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Location of the hotel is in small alley at the edge of the diplomatic district with the Ho-Chi-Ming Mausoleum around the corner and Ho Tây in close proximity. We had a very pleasant stay and can very much recommend the place, especially if you are traveling with a group (our group was two couples)

Unfortunately was the building besides this accomodation under construction, it was very loud and the given earplugs not helpful. In addition was our bed stained and not really clean as we arrived. The main reason for my weak rating is exklusively the boss managing JAYU Home. Very strict, not accomodating and not fair. No discount because of the noise, we broke a container with shampoo by accident (the shower hose pulled it down) and we had to pay for it 200.000 vnd which is more than disproportionate. Which made us leave this place with a bad feeling.

Receptionist was extraordinary friendly and helpful, cleaning service was good.
