Everything was perfect.

I expected a lot from this hotel, but I have to say that it exceeded my expectations. Everything in the hotel is perfect, from details and smells, to extremely friendly staff. I must also mention that my planned night check-in was moved from 2 am to 5 am due to a delayed flight, but that was no problem for them. The hotel provides a very luxurious and refined experience of Ha Noi, while maintaining Vietnamese authenticity. It is in the very center, so that all important contents are directly accessible.

In the restaurant and the Sky Bar the staff were so helpful and they took care of everything we needed. The front reception staff went beyond excellent to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. This was the best hotel we stayed in throughout our travels in Vietnam! Thank you!

The location of the hotel is very central and convenient. It is very clean and well maintained. The hotel staff are all very well trained and customer service is par excellence. All the staff and especially the reception staff, were very friendly and helpful. They were very attentive to our needs and we were very well taken care of during our stay. We will definitely come back to this hotel, if we visit Hanoi again.

It appearance and style. First impressions were wonderful with the staff welcoming us with such attention to detail. It made us feel special and comfortable at the same time. The staff, all of them, were so pleasant and represented themselves, their hotel and their country to an excellent level. Best hotel I have ever been in. Highly recommended.

It’s great value for money when there is deal on but the original price would have made it a little overpriced.

The hotel is set in the old quarter and is conveniently situated for visits to this and the French quarter.The breakfast was very good.The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and most of the staff are more than attentive ..reception staff are so helpful as are the bell boys .. my taxi to the airport was late as it had been given the wrong address by the dispatcher.. this was nothing to do with the hotel but about 4 staff helped me and resolved the situation.. they were truly exceptional and kind ..it’s a great base for exploring Hanoi.

I went to the spa two times. Second time with a differend person the massage was too mild and not so good.

Best customer service I’ve ever had in a hotel. Rooms are very nice and spacious. Even the one with internal window was good, we didn’t need window much. Nice rooftop bar on the top of the hotel.

Breakfast is ok, not for west breakfast lovers. Free beer is not a free beer if you order a second drink as you need to pay taxes and service charge. Maybe this has changed now. Bar prices are on the higher end.

My wife is claustrophobic, was not confirtable in a room without window. We managed as it was only for 1 night.

Walls in the rooms are a bit thin so you can hear anything outside your room, when people come and go

The bedroom was a little bit smaller than shown in the pictures but honestly everything was so perfect that it didn’t matter to us!

The service is second to none! All of the welcoming staff, house keepers and kitchen are 5*. We had the most beautiful check in with tea and vouchers for the stay, they always checked we were okay and even just opening the doors when we arrived and left made us feel like royalty!!

Prices in the Sky Bar were higher than expected.
