Only small downsides were the construction workers outside that were constantly working and were quite noisy. Also the breakfast could of been a little more variety. But still was good!

Apartment was one of the best apartments we have stayed in Vietnam. And we have moved around a few times all over. The plants and ferns as you enter give such a great vibe to the place and then we were greeted by by Savanna Trang who was very lovely and had a constant smile on her face, her english was great, she went out of her way to help us with everything for the 3 nights we stayed there. Apartment was cosy but spacious, very modern, AC worked very well, we had a garden view to look at. All amenities were fantastic. We even got some free drinks on check in and check out

The reception desk is super helpful and friendly. Gave us recommendations and connected us with the massage place next door. Offered motorbike rental with the hotel and came with free breakfast buffet every morning! Only needed 5-10 minutes to walk to the beach from here! Love it!

Not enough hooks to hang clothes in the room.

My wife and I stayed here for 9 nights and had an awesome stay. The location is great, very close to the beach and near lots of restaurants and cafés. The room was spacious and with a nice big balcony. Breakfast was great, often with lots of local treats to try. Above all we have to commend the staff, and especially Jasmine and Savannah. They are so friendly, genuine and helpful. They really made our stay feel special and also gave us heaps of great tips and help.

I really enjoyed my time in k-house. The pictures describe exactly the place, the room is clean and spacious. The staffs is friendly and always available to help you. Also, it’s located just minutes walks to the beach.

Thanks to Nguyen and the staff behind the breakfast they manage to execute all the request from the guest considering the tiny space with lots of guest request Special mentioned to Nguyen again for being such a nice person. She is definenlty one of the reason why most of guest use to come back at the hotel. And definetly I am one of them.

I dont know how to thank nguyen the lady at the reception she is very approachable , friendly and she knows the guest needs she even takes an iniative of booking a grab and asking if i have a cash on hand. What truly make this place special is people who work there and make sure that you get everything what you need.... and those AMAZING breakfasts! I will miss them for sure. Despite limited seaview in the apartment our expectations were fully met. We will definitely come back to stay with you if we come back to Vietnam again with friends and family. PS. There are minimart’s nearby but restaurants are around the corner. With crab-app is easy to order food and taxi.

We absolutely loved this place! Everything is clean and beautiful surroundings. Room was big. Pool area nice, good breakfast! Staff was so good! We were well taking care of, like a part of family. Laundry service worked amazingly! Beach is just around the corner. This is a place also where they really welcomed kid’s as guests! Also there is really good massage spa next to hotel.

We liked pretty much everything. Perhaps the only thing to note would be that the sea view from the room is slightly blocked by the design of the balcony window.
