Best hotel I've stayed in in Vietnam! The staff is excellent and they try to do anything to make you feel welcome; They spontaneously offer you a glass of ice tea when you are in the pool or help you book for your next destination. Even the standard room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel is right on a quiet part of the beach but you still have a few restaurants and bars nearby. The old town is a 5 minute drive by grab (around 70k dong).

Not a complaint more a comment- appreciated the free laundry service very much, but was easier for us to get our laundry done off-site as wasn’t drying well outside.

Everything - attentive staff who are ready to help with your every need. Clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. Pool was a bonus. Beach easily accessed across the road. Good breakfast options, with yummy coffee and food options near by. Easy grab “taxi” to old town ranging from about 50k to 75k per trip. Enjoyed our on-site massage very much.

Best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam so far! The staff were extremely motivated and helpful with all our questions. The hotel was just beautiful. On our last day there was some renovation work going on. The staff had proactively informed us about this before our stay, which would have given us the option to cancel the booking – we are glad we didn't. Instead they offered us a room further from the noise and a tour during the intensive works. It was very thoughtful and we appreciated it a lot. Location, breakfast and cleanliness were also 10/10.

All good, nothing to criticise

These are the nicest people you can ever meet. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is the best we got in Vietnam, with a lot of different dishes to choose from. You can buy beer or water or something at the reception with cheaper prices as you get from the minimarkets around. How cool is that! The staff is super friendly and always willing to help and absolutely without pushing you or being annoying to book a trip with them. The beach is very near, we could even use sunbeds at the other hotel at the beach as long as we bought something to drink. The old town is just a ride with a grab (70-100k) or with the bike. Highly recommended.

A beautiful, new boutique hotel with great staff and a super charismatic owner who makes sure everything is to your liking from start to finish. Biking around the rice paddies was great, and the restaurant recommendations for Hoi An are a gem of a list. If you're looking for some relaxation, the location is much better than anything near the busy Old Town, which is a quick taxi/Grab ride away. We hope to be back one day!

We loved everything about our stay at Ka Villa. We arrived at 1am and we were welcomed so well and given snacks in case we were hungry. We had communicated the delay with Tran. The room was nice and big, clean and towels were provided for our pool and beach visits. The staff was extremely helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.

Had an amazing stay, it felt like our own oasis in An Bang beach. The staff are so lovely and go above and beyond with loads of lovely touches like made to order breakfast and free laundry. The room was immaculate and the bed incredibly comfortable - I really struggle to sleep and had amazing sleep the whole time. It was super quiet but also ridiculously close to the beach and loads of lovely restaurants and cafes. So close to Hoi An but away from the tourist madness. Everyone at the hotel was very kind and it was exceptional value. I also had a brilliant massage and facial which for 90 minutes was around £20 - fantastic all around.

We have been travelling in Vietnam for nearly 2 months. KA Villa is a fantastic place to stay. Its been our favourite by far. The service, accommodation, staff and the owner were exceptional. We stayed 14 nights and still didn't want to leave! It is a thoughtfully located boutique Hotel just across from the quieter end of An Bang beach. We were so well cared for by the staff. They even provide a free washing service. They also made wonderful recommendations for places to eat with good cheap restaurants nearby, including, our favourite, next door to KA Villa..Our breakfasts were delicious too. This place keeps getting 10/10 and this score is so well deserved as it sure delivers. We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ka Villa, after a busy time touring Vietnam, Ka Villa was in a quiet area, next to the beach, but with easy access to bustling Hoian. Just a few minutes walk or cycle ride, and you can find yourself in the surrounding paddy fields and pretty lanes nearby. Plenty of good restaurants close by too. The hotel is tranquil, clean and comfortable. The team of staff are extremely helpful. Thank you

All was fabulous.

Everything. Nhung and her staff were so welcoming and looked after us so well. The location was very good for us - the beach a 1- 2 min walk away, a range of restaurants within 100m. Nice and quiet. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a balcony. The pool was perfect for cooling down. Excellent breakfasts. A spa on site with discount for guests. We loved the food at East Ocean next door to Ka Villa .

Accommodation so close to everything. Used the bicycles to ride to anh bang beach. A short taxi ride to beautiful hoi an and the lanterns. Breakfast was lovely. Room lovely spacious clean and quiet. Organised day took to ba na hills through motel which wS awesome. The staff are the best asset of the hotel as they were all so friendly and very accommodating. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

Everything about Ka Villa is just fantastic from the staff, the beautiful calming setting, delicious breakfast, lovely spacious rooms, It completely lived up to all the wonderful reviews. Kim and Toui (sorry not right spelling!) were so helpful and would have done anything for us. They also have a free laundry service which is great. We used the complimentary bicycles to get in to the city which was a very flat 5km cycle during the day and used the Grab taxi app in the evening. The beach is only 100m away for some chill out time too. I would highly recommend you book a stay!!

I didn’t expect pretty sparse food options. It was a little tricky to walk to other parts of town, as it is in a quiet area. I didn’t mind but I didn’t see elevators.

I liked that this property was close to the beach. It was also generally accessible by Grab, and in a pretty quiet area. I never felt unsafe. Staff was kind and breakfast was good.

We liked absolutely everything! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the kindest employee with drinks, some fruit, and our luggage was carried for us to the room. Every staff member was so attentive, kind, and helpful. The owner pointed us to the best places around, and the staff at breakfast and throughout the day were always right there to help. We also got some massages which were incredible, and the 2 masseuses were the best. Overall such an amazing experience, we were so sad to leave.

Wonderful, attentive staff, one immediately feels like at family home! Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice even for young, picky eaters. Spacious and clean rooms, relaxing pool, nice nail services. They have helped us organize trips and tailor visits - also worth recommending. Beach across the street, clean, long and sandy, shallow waters ideal for children. Good food options nearby and not too far from historical old town. My family loved this place!

Don’t recommend the bikes or biking to town. Take a grab instead because the roads are quite scary. It is a nice scenic ride along the rice fields into town.

Lovely location by the beach. Rooms are so big and comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Loved the garden. The breakfast was great and they made me a vegan option every day. Super fresh and yummy. Staff were so kind and helpful. Laundry also available.
