Bigger bathroom, better water pressure and shower.

Staff are imaging. The facility is super clean. The food is good. I wish water pressure is better and there a shower option. Bath is great, but shower is necessary especially when you traveling with limited time.

I wish the outdoor swimming pool was heated.

The resort is clean and spacious. The bed is so big like a super king which we rarely to see bed of this size anywhere else. The Japanese Koi fishes are beautiful, breakfast was good variety even though it is the quiet time of the year. 9 steps Onsen was enjoyable experience .

Nothing everything was perfect

There was excessive noise from other customers at the Family Onsen, which the staff should have addressed. It appears they might be hesitant to intervene, though regulations grant them the authority to remind customers of guidelines. The management should provide guidance to staff on managing such situations effectively. In our premier deluxe studio, which was accurately depicted in the pictures, a couch bed was provided instead of the king bed indicated in the booking. I admit I didn't examine the photo closely enough, although it wasn't easy to differentiate in the photo. The bed itself is comfortable to me, with a soft mattress and cushion that haven't caused any problems. Unfortunately, the bed turned out to be too short for my husband, leading to some discomfort and dissatisfaction on his part.

Lovely, serene landscape with a koi pond – I adore it. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive – my sincere appreciation. The restaurant is stunning and roomy, thoughtfully organized. Even during busy breakfasts, comfort isn't compromised. It's wonderfully peaceful at night, ideal for dinner. Their cuisine is excellent! A small suggestion: consider excluding bacon from the bruschettas. The Ganban experience is incredible! It was a complimentary addition to our room booking and left us amazed. Clean, fragrant, and incredibly relaxing. The cold room with the snow-like ice machine was a fascinating touch. We thoroughly enjoyed it! The overall experience offered great value for the price. I'm definitely planning to return.

Super luxurious resort feel! Surely a gem in Hue. Felt like I was transported to Japan. The onsen is huge, with an amazing outdoor area. There are so many other spa treatments available, such as the Ganban. Tried a lot of the treatments (such as the mud bath, for the first time) and left extremely satisfied and glowing. The villa we got was amazing and very spacious. Huge private outdoor area with two large private onsens, room for many persons. Staff were so friendly.

The walls are too thin. I could easily hear people talking, laughing and children running very loudly.

Love the bonsai in the garden and the koi fishes too. The onsen experience was nice. The food was much better than expected, especially the Japanese dinner set.
