My only gripe would be lack of TV entertainment, access to Netflix or YouTube would be great.

All around one of the best stays we’ve ever had! The staff were lovely and went above and beyond. The pool was amazing to relax during the hottest hours of the day. The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was really good and lots of different choices everyday! Also lots of vegetarian options!

Nothing, would go back in a heartbeat!

This hotel was probably one of the BEST that we stayed at in Vietnam. The staff were superb, the breakfast , excellent(they make vegetarian options specifically for us ); the free bicycles helped, and the a/c worked liked a charm (it was quite hot when we were there) we cannot recommend this hotel highly enough- don't think twice!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Great breakfast with many options. Amazing staff, lovely people. The design of the rooms wow, I loved the bathroom tap! Super clean. And the pool area super relaxing. I liked that we could take the bikes to the beach for free. Honestly, excellent service!

We've been to Hoi An many times but it was our first time staying in this hotel as it's quite new and this is by far our favourite. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The location is super, less than 5 minutes walking into the heart of the old town. Beds are super comfy, as was the cot for our baby. Good variety at breakfast for both Vietnamese and foreign dishes, juices, coffee, fruit, croissants and an egg station. The highlight of the hotel is their staff. From the moment we met the concierge men at the door and the receptionists, the house keeping staff and the staff working in the restaurant, everybody was super kind and helpful. We met some really lovely people and we will definitely return for that alone. They were all really kind to us and particularly entertaining our 7 month old baby. He will he wondering where all his friends are at breakfast at home. Thank you for everything.

Masseuse did not understand English. Did not tell us to remove underwear for body scrub and ended up underwear was wet and soiled with scrub. Fortunately, they gave us disposables on request. Otherwise, massage was satisfactory.

Breakfast is good spread of variety. Location is 15 mins walk to old town. Maintaince staff to service desk on choked wc was attended to immediately. Front desk staff were very friendly and most speak good English.
