Perfect, central location. Friendly and attentive staff who just wanted to keep on helping, especially Jerry, Cara and Zoey. Lovely, clean, comfortable rooms. Ours was a Premium Room with Balcony and it was perfect.

I could not fault it at all

I booked a balcony room and it was wonderful The hotel has a happy ambiance, well marshalled by the girls on the front desk, notably Gina and Cara, and the very willing porter When leaving I was presented with some fruit, which was such a wonderful surprise - thank you Breakfast was great and I felt very happy here. Location of the hotel is right in the middle of things, though the noise is minimal

Exceptional service. It really is a boutique hotel - small, sweet and personalised. Brilliant location and very good value. Cara had a bright, happy persona and provided excellent customer service. Jerry at the front desk was also fantastic.

Nothing to dislike. The breakfast buffet breakfast is ok and around the same standard as other hotels I have stayed at in this area for this price range.

The location is great close to the lake and an easy walk into the heart of the old quarter. The staff especially Zoe, Cara and Jerry were exceptionally nice and could not do more to help our every requirement. The room was great with a small balcony overlooking the street below. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others

Breakfast on day one was dissapointing . Poor array of choices and invisible staff . Day 2 was completely different and excellent in everyday . I think our Day 2 experience is the norm . We were just unlucky . Reception staff are fantastic.

Some construction was happening next door or upstairs from our room, but stopped late afternoon. Clean but looked a little worn, needed a bit of paint in the room.

Staff very warm, helpful and accommodating: arranged take away breakfast for a very early start. Loved the location.

Perfect location right in Old Quarter. Lots of food choices. Walkable to lots of things. Staff very friendly and helpful. Zoey was super helpful in helping us choose island in Ha Long Bay to see and even helped us with anticipating weather for best viewing. Gina was so kind helping us with leaving luggage for storage. It was raining and when we returned she turned on heater in lobby to warm us up. Kevin and Kent who were doormen were very attentive in helping us with luggage and doors everyone we walked through the door. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and inviting. Highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast staff very kind and lots of food choices.

The property is well located near the lake. It’s on a side street, so a bit calmer than if it were on a larger street. We had an interior room and it was so quiet! The staff was very nice and catered to our every need. The breakfast was great.
