We had a room on 8th floor with views of the lake. Comfortable bed, massive bathroom with separate shower and bath. It was quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a rooftop bar with great views. A wide choice of breakfast. Reasonably priced.

A bit untidy common room.

Extremely friendly staff, receptionist spent at least one hour with us to make recommendations and interesting suggestions that turned out to be really good. Very good breakfast and nice views from the terrace. Great, spacious room in an extremely convenient location in the Old Quarter.

Enjoyed our stay. It was soo comfortable. Accessibility to also a nice warm bath after a long day out walking around the city, was a nice reward. Located in the center and near most major attractions. Staff was very kind and helpful, we felt comfortable and happy during out stay

Very clean, staff very polite and very hospitable. Facilities very good and location in the heart of the city. They arranged a tour to Ha Long Bay which was good value and well organised.

My stay was an absolute delight, the staff were incredibly professional and friendly always ready to assist with a smile specially Tien he was my favorite! Room was spacious, modern and very clean. Bathroom was beautifully designed. This is the best room I had in all over Vietnam as a 4stars hotel. I even extended my stay with them. The location is amazing, and the room was very well soundproofed. Highly recommend this hotel!

Upon check in, 2 napkin size towels are available and from day 2 onwards, it was never replaced. Happened to both rooms that we stay. No cotton pads were provided, would nice if this is offered.

The hotel is very near the lake and many food choices around. Been opened for less than a year, the room and furnishings look very new and rooms away from facing the road was very quiet and allowed to enjoy our sleep peacefully. Kudos to the team, Mr Dior and few other staff including the chatty and friendly parttime student, whom made our stay an even more enjoyable one, helping and recommending us with resturant and reservation. Most of the days, we need to leave the hotel at 6pm, they prepare the breakfast for us to take away.

The entrance of the hotel could be easily missed as it's just a small entrance. But it doesn't affect the stay.

Staff welcome us warmly upon arrival, and assisted us with our luggages. They were able to recommend us food places nearby and breakfast provided was ok. There were only 4 sets to select from but good enough for a 3-night stay. Room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 1 baby.

The perfect location within walking distance of old quarter. Welcome us warmly(e.g. ice towel and fruits) and concierge’s service is good.

A couple of times we requested things what seemed to have been forgotten and we had to remind them, but it’s only a minor thing. Overall service was good.

Good location, spacious room with good view of the lake. Very friendly and attentive staff. Roof top bar has an amazing view over the old town and the lake, magical at night.
