Fabulous location. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast, choose all you want off the menu. Free tea & coffee, and bananas! Arranged excellent driver to Da Nang with sightseeing stops, and could arrange tours. Room was great for our family of four with huge comfy beds, and a bath! Umbrellas to borrow when we got a little rain.

The staff was very kind and the hotel is perfectly situated in Hue, near plenty of nice bars and restaurants. The hotel is very good value of money and helped us organize a nice bus tour/transfer to Hoi An!

This is such a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and the location is great with a ton of restaurants all around. The service is especially outstanding. In particular, Ruby went above and beyond to help us with everything. From arranging laundry, to calling local shops, to ordering taxis - she was essential to making our stay a great one. She was always polite, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and would recommend to anyone coming to Hue!

On our arrival the ladies in reception were exceptional, they looked after us, they offered us a cool orange drink with ice and helped us with anything we needed, they made us feel very welcome, a true delight!! The hotel was clean comfortable and modern, a spacious double room with a King size bed, everything was as you wish no complaints, so far on our time in Vietnam La Perle is our favourite hotel.

If you are easily bothered by light in your room when you want to sleep, prepare a sleep mask as the curtains sadly do not shut out a lot of light.

Amazing staff, they spoke great english and were very kind and attentive. (Haven’t seen many smiles in Vietnam, but I was sure to get a lot of them at the reception). The room was great as well, just like the pictures. And the location was very calm even though it was right next to the bustling pedestrian street area (no noise at all at night time). Breakfast was great as well with a lot of options to chose from. I did not have a specific plan when I arrived, and the receptionist helped me book a great tour of the imperial tombs, the pagoda and the imperial citadel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

What made this hotel great was the attitude of the staff particularly Hannah and Ruby. Nothing was too much trouble for these hardworking ladies and they sat me down and patiently explained all the attractions of the city and assisted me in booking onward travel. And while being very efficient they were also warm and friendly and I looked forward to going back to the hotel. The breakfast host was also very lovely( but I am sorry I did not catch her name) and the breakfast was good. Free bananas a nice touch too !

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to excellent restaurants etc. the room my friend and I had was perfect, I extended for a few nights to have a chance to slow down and relax a bit. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Ruby, Tho and Hanna in particular assisted me with booking train tickets, taxis, and a guide for the Hue tombs. It was lovely getting to know them a bit during my stay.

Wonderful hotel - superb staff. Very comfy beds All you can eat breakfast- delicious! Served to us by a very bubbly and courteous Thi. Staff at reception had beaming smiles and were super helpful - thanks Hanna, Tho and Ruby. My 2nd stay at the hotel and I’ll return on my next visit.
