Not really an issue but no window with natural light in the room other then that perfect!

Lovely staff!! One lady at reception was particularly helpful in planning our trips and gave us the best advice on where to stay next on our travels! Breakfast was also lovely with a mixture of things to eat and they always offer you more which is super lovely. Great location only a 2 minute walk to the lake and a 10 minute walk to train street and beer street with many things to do in the area. If we had enough time to stay again we definitely would!

Everything was great

Lucy, the manager, was exceptionally helpful and sweet. She addressed all my queries patiently over messages, before my arrival. On arrival, she extended a warm welcome, and attended to all my requests during our stay. It helped a lot that she speaks English fluently. Thank you, Lucy, for your warmth. Whenever I visit Hanoi again, I would stay at La Renta just because of her kindness.

The location of the room... but is a long story. I think they werebover booking and give me a wrobg room because it was the only choice...I did not like it. Any way my intention was to stay good time in Hanoi. I love it!!.

Everything amazing! Great location in the Old Quarter, so you can reach everything by walking in few minutes. Great staff- reception, breakfast, travel agents, great money exchange rates. Always friendly, smiling and welcoming. Amazing breakfast buffet and menu. The rooms have a very good size and the beds were the best in Hanoi - so far. :) It is so good to relax here and slept so good! Especially after my long trips. I came second time back to this hotel in Hanoi and I will be back on Friday again after my 3-day Trip. Absolutely recommend this stay.

Rooms are tight but clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was really nice. Great location, very central. Across the road from Hanoi coffee station that has great reviews for coffee and breakie. Front of house very friendly and welcoming and provided us with water and bananas for our trip.

Lucy, the manager, and Donny are great. Location is perfect in Old Quarter, expect a little noise if you take a room with balcony. They are very upfront about it, so no surprise there and I slept very well. Booked my tours through them and with a minor issue, during the tour, they acted promptly and solved it above expectations. I enjoyed my stay.

The staff was wonderful! They helped me with many things like currency exchange, laundry, and booking an airport taxi. My room was small and simple. It was fine as a solo traveller but may be too small for a couple. The location is very good. The hotel breakfast was lovely. You can order from their menu with choices like: noodles, omelettes, meat, eggs, and pancakes. As well as fresh fruit and bread. Upon check out I was given a bag with water and bananas, so thoughtful! Thank you La Renta team :)

We’re very happy we stayed at La Renta hotel. The location of the place is ideal, the hotel was at the highest level we’ve been to in Hanoi in that price range. The room was clean and contained everything we needed - a comfortable bed, hot and cold water in the shower, good air conditioning, bottles of water, tea, coffee etc. The staff was extremely nice and made sure to do anything to make us happy while we stayed with them. In our last day they even brought us bananas and bottles of water for the ride.

The staff was really lovely. The room was a bit small, but otherwise perfectly fine. The breakfast was good as well, there was lots of fresh fruit. All in all I was really happy with my stay here.
