Can’t say enough good things about Cindy and the team at La Selva. We arrived way too early for check in, yet a room was made ready for us within 15mins. Cindy took the time to listen to our itinerary and realising we only had limited time in Hanoi managed to arrange a tour of the city for the same day! They thought of everything before we could even ask - breakfast wrapped up for the day we had an early pick up, transfer arranged for our next destination. The room was spotlessly clean and beds very comfortable. Location was a short walk to the lake and night market. We wanted every hotel in Vietnam to be like this one!

We had a twin bed room , the beds where very small and narrow probably more suited to children not for bigger or taller adults and also fridge in room wasn’t very cold.

Hotel was very nice in convenient location..All the staff were friendly and helpful . Room was cleaned everyday to a high standard.Breakfast was very good and satisfying..Fruit and snacks daily was a nice touch as was the coffee gift upon leaving.

The room was spacious, the beds comfortable and the linens pristine. The shower had great water pressure. The room had cute interior design and the colours used were stylish. I loved having a window I could open to hear the goings on in the street.

Staying at this hotel was AMAZING! The Staff was phenomenal! Soooo Helpful and kind. the Location, (in the old quarter) was so great, near the lake with lots of food, massage and shopping near by. My room was spacious and immaculately kept, they washed the floor and even the Balcony floor every day! the bed was comfy and the sheets even smelled clean. Breakfast was good. my husband was Ill and they arranged for him to be in the hospital. They took me to the see him and could not do enough for me while he spent the week in the hospital. When he got back there was even a welcome home Mr. William sign in the lobby! Anna, Cindy, Tracey, Nathan and Jasmin, THANK YOU; thank you for coming in at 5am to say good bye when we left, We will NEVER forget you. We will MOST DEFINITELY Stay at this Hotel again!!!!!

Really good location Amazing staff, especially Anna Exceptionally comfortable beds. Once I walked in I just wanted to crash on that bed and not go out again. Great breakfast, every dish was delicious. I enjoyed it more than any other breakfast on this trip. Our room had 3 windows. Could see Hoam Kiem from the bathroom window whilst showering and 2 other windows faced to various skybars. However, they were far enough for provacy.

Great location, not too noisy, walking distance to the lake and surrounds. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size. Would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here twice. First night in a room with no window which was a bit strange but very quiet. Another 3 nights in a room at the front with a large window but this meant there was street noise. This can’t be helped if you choose to stay in the Old Quarter and the hotel provides earplugs.

We LOVED everything!

We love everything about this hotel. From the facility itself, the food, and specially their Staff! Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. The Room was clean and very comfortable. We actually booked a hotel nearby but had a misunderstanding when we arrived so we booked La Selva on a last minute. Thank god we did! Would definitely comeback!

The hotel staff were lovely and the location was ideal for our exploration. The local breakfast changes everyday and offered a good variety. The window shutters works well in blocking out lights and sound. We also appreciated the daily refill of fresh fruit for the room.

Exceptional small hotel, ideally placed to enjoy old town, French Quarter and lake areas. Room was spacious and clean with tea, coffee, snacks and water included and replenished daily. Staff were wonderful, very attentive and helpful. They organised food tour and transfer to Cat Ba. Definitely recommend if visiting Hanoi.
