Everything was good.

The hotel is located in the old quarter near the lake, there are many interesting things nearby. Checking into a room was an example of hospitality. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are not only very professional, but also really want to help. Everything you need is in the room which is cozy and clean. Breakfast is varied and delicious. We left with the best impressions.

For a suite, the bath could have been deeper and wider, especially considering the space around it. You couldn't completely be covered by water. Apart from that everything was fabulous.

We were lucky enough to have one of the suites and it was amazing. So much space and a fabulous covered al fresco outdoor patio. The staff were all attentive.

We stayed here twice during our trip to Northern Vietnam. The staff kindly secured our luggage whilst we travelled around other areas, and provided us with takeaway breakfast for convenience. Taxi pick up from airport was prompt and kept informed throughout. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, and they even upgraded us on our last two nights which was so kind. Hotel is lovely, boutique feel with clean and well designed rooms. Pool is like a spa pool, really calming space. Small but perfect gym. Breakfast is outstanding, loads of choices and coffee here is great! Location 10/10 close to everything.

Our experience at La Siesta Classic was nothing short of exceptional. From the lovely hotel staff to the great rooms, amazing breakfast, and perfect location. Situated right in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, we found ourselves within walking distance of many vibrant markets, street food and cafes. What stood out to us was the impeccable service provided by the staff, especially at reception, a special mention must go to Ha! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend La siesta to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Hanoi.

More options for international travels, the breakfast is mainly vietnamese.

The staff is the best thing the hotel has. Good location if you want to stay in the center of the city but old quarter is very chaotic, if you like quite this wouldn't be the place for you. The room was clean, big and comfortable.

The staff were very attentive. The pool was clean and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. The restaurant food was amazing (expensive wine though!)

The pool was disappointing. In November the pool could not be used as it was too cold. No privacy at the pool as it is directly at the lobby and inside the hotel.

Good buffet breakfast with range of selections. Very clean rooms and facilities. A heated pool for the colder seasons. Gym with sufficient equipment. AMAZING location with convenient access to nearby tourist attractions, food and shopping on foot, all within ~5-30mins. Unparalleled staff hospitality and service. Main staff also spoke fluent English and Vietnamese.
