Rooms were pretty average and not exactly what we expected for a 5*-hotel. Sometimes no fill-ups of certain things at breakfast.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It’s not just that all the facilities were top notch (the beds are like clouds and the rooms are incredibly tidy), but the attentiveness of the whole staff is superb! Whether it’s you’re looking for a way to fill your day or you’re struggling with a special diet, they proactively offer their help to get you on your way without any hassle. Also if it was not for any of that, I would just come back for the pool. Best hotel pool ever! Hope one day I’ll be back again.

It is rare to find such highly professional and dedicated staff who will do anything to help. I had an issue with the taxi taking me to the airport in the early hours of the morning, staff member Duc was great, he made sure that all issues were solved and I got to the airport in time, he was brilliant. In addition I was a given a breakfast pack to take with me to eat later. All staff deserve the very best and I wish them all success in their careers. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The hotel is located right in the old quarter which is an awesome location and it has a swimming pool, a gym and a skybar which is not so common within the area at this price!! The breakfast is super good as well and you can combine Vietnamese and western cuisine!

The service from the moment we arrived through our departure was wonderful. The staff were excellent, super helpful, polite and very friendly. The hotel has a great location. I highly recommend this hotel. Ms. Quynh Ho, our guest officer, goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. She extends a helping hand, especially in terms of food and tours. She even offered to be on whatsapp if we have any questions.

I stayed at La Siesta Premium in Ho Chi Minh City the previous week and with my experience there the expectation was high. This Hotel did not disappoint. The location was great, the breakfast was great and the staff extremely helpful.

Although quite new, already used in parts. For Vietnam and Hanoi, both room prices and restaurant/bar prices are on the upper edge which makes us try a different one next time. Food quality at breakfast was a bit mediocre for a 5-star hotel. Rooms a bit small.

It is a small almost boutique style hotel which we believe was an apartment complex before. The pool was a neat touch but is located literally between the buildings - no views or inviting surroundings. Breakfast was good, but not extraordinary. Comfy beds with nice bedding. English speaking staff. Location is kind of nice, in the middle of a busy area if this is what you are looking for, go for it.

Everything was good.

The hotel is located in the old quarter near the lake, there are many interesting things nearby. Checking into a room was an example of hospitality. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant are not only very professional, but also really want to help. Everything you need is in the room which is cozy and clean. Breakfast is varied and delicious. We left with the best impressions.
