The location is right in the center with all kinds of activities mostly within walking distance. The Hotel seems to be quite new and well maintained. The staff are very attentive and try to help wherever they can. A special thanks to Ms. Mai and Ms. Huong who were very helpful in organising trips and to find our way around.

Cocktails and food quite pricey for Vietnam! Having said that the cocktails were incredible, really unusual and delicious and worth the money - especially at the amazing sky top bar with stunning sunset views during happy hour. Pool area quite small and loungers can be busy.

The staff were incredible - so friendly and attentive. Huong on reception was a delight! The room was light and spacious with all amenities and great shower. I loved the turn down at night and the warm welcomes every time we left and returned! Fabulous breakfast with great variety and à la carte choices of Western and local cuisine.

Breakfast could be a bit more exciting. Staff is generally friendly but not empowered or proactive. Rooftop pool and facilities are bit mediocre.

We stayed here for our last night in Vietnam. Check in was seamless, the room was well laid out, the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were not too soft. I was surprised how little traffic noise we could hear in the room, considering the location. The shower was the best we had experienced during our two week trip. And the breakfast was fantastic! I just wish we had stayed another night.

Everything was excellent

Everything was great! Our stay at the hotel was very relaxing and pampering. From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was courteous and we always received an answer to our every request The rooms are comfortable and clean, The breakfast is delicious and varied, the pool is pampering and the sky bar was for us a perfect place to end the day. The location of the hotel is perfect And in general highly recommend!

We visited other hotels in Saigon and la Siesta was our favourite one. The only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast. It’s just a question of personal taste, as it still offers plenty of both western and Vietnamese options.

We had a great stay at La Siesta. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, they assisted us with booking restaurants and transportation to our next location. The hotel is nicely decorated and rooms are very clean. We thought that soundproofing was quite good considering that the hotel is right in the middle of the city centre. The bedding is spacious and comfortable, and the rooms equipped with a tv and streaming services which was a great addition to help us regulate our jet lag.

Nothing in particular. Maybe in terms of improvements, maybe make more use of their bar on the ground floor. And the slope at the entrance is bit steep, the two doors are bit confusing at first. While it's a relatively small boutique hotel, having more options for breakfast would be great. Perhaps a Bahn Mi corner? Or a section for Bahn Xeo?

The SPA in the hotel, hands down the best massage/spa service I ever tried. Highly recommend getting the SPA packages. I took the Blissful 4 hour package which includes sauna, foot care, massage, massage, body scrub and beauty treatment. Plus snacks and light lunch. You can customize it. And we got an upgrade to the suit on our last night, the room was beautiful. The check-in process felt personal and welcoming. Definitely better than your standard hotel check ins.

The staff greets you with a warm smile evertime and patience with every request. Our stay came with bfast included and the selection is great, with local pho and omelet options as well. Small pool but it has great view! Room is clean and room service everyday

There is only 2 lifts for 11 floors. Sometime we had to wait a few minutes for the lift.

The service from the staff was amazing! They were helpful and so friendly.

The location was excellent as were the facilities and it was cleaned to a very high standard. The breakfast was superb and the pool was clean. Last but by no means least the staff were absolutely delightful and could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!!

The hotel is in an excellent position so we could walk to all the shops, restaurants and museums. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. We ate breakfast, lunch and had cocktails on the roof bar and all were fabulous. The staff were ALL exceptional. Trinh 👍(Taylor) helped us at check in and kept in touch throughout our trip, booking the Secret Garden restaurant for us ( great place to eat on the roof garden). She also booked our speed boat tour to the Cu Chi tunnels which was a highlight of our trip, special thanks to Hung who was so funny and informative. All the staff went out of way to ensure that we were looked after and came away with wonderful memories on Ho Chi Min City and we will be back 😁 Thank you!
