This is truly a jem in the old quarter, where space is premium. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and equipped. The highlight is definitely the service, the staff are attentive, polite, and make one feel almost worshipped. The breakfast spread is truly amazing, a nice variety of Vietnamese options and some western but if you are Vietnam there absolutely no reason to be seeking western tastes. All in all a great option well worth the slight premium compared to the average of the area, you really feel that difference! Thank you to the team for an amazing stay!

The rooms are in general quite small but I believe that's the case everywhere in the center of Hanoi. The first room we staied in, although the description mentioned having a window, didn't really have one (it had a window looking out on a wall 20 centimeters away.....). But overall the rooms are nice, well equipped, nicely furnished and spot clean.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to Vietnam. The hotel is in the perfect location to visit the old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake (it's right by the lake), it has an amazing rooftop bar. I need to mention Miss Hue (I believe she's the front desk manager) who went far and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was a little small for the Price but definitely one of the better hotels to stay in Hanoi. It’s good value for money and it’s what you want from a four star room

Room service menu states dial "#0" wihich was not answered. The staff advised us to dial 0 instead. Late night DJ on the rooftop bar on a Friday night affects room on level 6, but finishes at 12am

Everything about this stay has been amazing. The location is great, the room was nice and clean, and the breakfast is delicious. But, the most remarkable thing about this place, is definitely the people. Everyone (!) were so welcoming, kind and helpful, and they truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and they definitely succeded! Thank you so much, we would absolutely recommend staying here!

Great location, which we loved! The hotel team especially Rose were really friendly and helpful, anticipating our needs - local food, where to go, etc. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Breakfast was great and the rooftop bar a bonus. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this hotel and it didn't disappoint.

La Sinfonia del Rey and Rose. A Superlatively Sensational Start to my 5H Travels! The reward for careful research. I arrived at the best Boutique Hotel in Hanoi, my first stop-off on what is called the 5H route. (Everywhere you go begins with H!) Front of House Manager Rose was the template for warm and welcoming hospitality. Professional and kind, Rose looked after me like family during my stay. The hotel’s location is THE BEST! Right next to Hoan Kiem Lake with its iconic Huc Bridge and atmospheric Ngoc Son Temple. Also footsteps away is the unmissable Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre. La Sinfonia is close to the throbbing Old Quarter (better to stay near it than in it!) The hotel is in elegant, colonial style. I had a beautiful, big, well-appointed balconied room. All the staff under Rose’s leadership were delightful and helpful. Huge bonus! A fabulous Rooftop Bar with bar menu. Gorgeous sunset and moonlight views. This charming boutique hotel was a refined and peaceful haven from the 24/7 brouhaha that is 21st Century Viêtnam!

The location of La Sinfonia is excellent and very central to everything. The rooftop bar is a must-visit with a live band on Saturday nights. The staff are absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond, thank you for making our stay so special. Would 100% recommend!

Location was exceptional. Walking distance to all locations. Staff very friendly and polite. Best service recieved in Vietnam. People are so friendly and willing to help with directions. Sky bar has amazing views with delicious food and cocktails. Hospitality was endless. Jennifer and Rose went out of their way providing great recommendations for dining and activities. Will definitely return.
