Amazing experience to stay here as usual, I'm so happy to found this place. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive. The room always have carpet so it's quite comfortable to walk or sit on. Great bed, I had very good sleep. Their bathroom is way awesome, very clean. The view is beautiful and I can enjoy sunset always. The pool is great as well.

The stay was great. The staff was very helpfull. Breakfast was good, in the restaurant Xuan Nguyen made sure all things where according to our wishes. I liked the country view and moutain view you can get from the pool on the top floor.

Great new rooms with plenty of daylight. Comfortable beds and a pool offering great views over the city. We had a good stay and would come back again. You need a scooter to get to the city.

We didn't understand why they located all people next to each other when the hotel was almost empty. At night we could hear some noise from other guests and that could be easily avoided. Other than that, excellent experience

This hotel was incredible! You can tell is a new building and the entire staff was very professional and friendly. Breakfast was excellent and they even made a bread specially for me. We loved our experience here.

Could have a wider selection of TV programmes and breakfast was average tasting for pure breakfast food as we didn't fancy pho, pasta or chicken curry for brekkie

The hotel was very quiet and this was what we wanted. If you don't mind an approximately 10 minute ride into town, this is a great place to stay.

This hotel is fairly new and decorated well. The glass pool is amazing and it has a pretty good view. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the staff were amazing and very helpful. The rooms are spacious with a lovely bathroom. The hotel was quiet. They provided a free shuttle to the town and this was very helpful, on time and and easy.

The staff was exceptional and tried their best to make our stay as good as possible! Also very clean room and the beds were comfy. The location is a little bit outside but many taxis for a good price are available in short time. So no real problem. The pool on the rooftop offers a great view over the city. Breakfast was also good with many options to choose from. All in all recommendable.

This hotel is of really good quality. It might seem pricey for Vietnam, but we managed to get a room for $40 per night, and I can say it was worth every dollar.

To further enhance the experience of guests going forward I would like to suggest 2 key things- Increase the frequency of shuttle to city given the distance to atleast 3-4 times a day if there are tourists. If possible keep the pool opened till 10pm given its nice to view after end of day.

The best place to stay in Hue. Service is amazing and all the staff is really nice. Special mention for the amazing Mermaid restaurant staff including Mr Quong who ensured our request for some special dishes were met. These small gestures truly deserve 5 star review. Have been staying and reviewing since last 10 days various restaurant and hotel, this sort of topped the hospitality levels. The front desk and Mr. Ben who helped with pickup drop shuttle was all really nice.

The location is off the downtownd and major attractions, there's pretty much nothing around. However this is not a big problem as it takes just 10 minutes to get the walking streets. The swimming pool is not heated so the water was rather cold.

The hotel is quite new and comfy. We all had very good night's sleep. The breakfast was very good.

Very far out from everything, there is nothing nearby. Also ate in the restaurant and it took an hour to get our food even though there was only one other table in there, and the food wasn’t great

It was quite a distance from the city centre, however the free shuttle bus was useful.
