Buffet breakfast was not served full when there’re only few guests, but this had not been informed in advance as guests made room reservation. Guests should aware of this prior check in in order consider to choose room rate included or exclude breakfast. All other services of the hotel was great except that uncomfortable surprise.

I was a bit disappointed by the breakfast, providing that it's from a good hotel like this. Location is a bit far from the city centre (about 10 minute bike ride) makes it a bit scary to go back at night lol

The staff are awesome, very satisfied with their service. The room is spacious and gets cleaned thoroughly everyday.

At the moment the area is still being developed so no area of interedt where you could walk around, but once fully developed it will be very different.

Stunning, it has an amazing foyer and staff were quick to welcome us and ensure we were informed about all the amenities. Even Tony the shuttle bus driver went out of his way to get us where we wanted to go.. loved being spoilt ❤️

My four-night stay at La Vela was wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable and clean, the staff welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was simply magnificent. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the pool was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Hue!

Room was a bit small. Air conditioning was kind of annoying to work through, but housekeeping helped me sort it out. The bath could have used some hand rails for safety - it’s deep!

Stayed in a Deluxe Luxury room. Breakfast choices were excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the coffee lounge made the best hot chocolate I’ve had in decades. The housekeepers were very attentive when it came to restocking the minibar, and the front desk accommodated me when I had to extend my stay for a visa run to Lao Bao. The bed was wonderful, and there were no problems with the wifi.

We had a lovely stay at La Vela Hue. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. On one occasion, we borrowed an umbrella from concierge; unfortunately the umbrella was broken (we neither used the umbrella nor check the umbrella before we left) but the manager dealt with the situation professionally. On another occasion we booked theshuttle bus but it was running late so the hotel booked a private taxi for us on their account. The buffet was good and the bed was comfy. Only cons is that the hotel is outside town so we relied on the shuttle bus and taxi for transport.

Restaurant food and delivery time was not on Vietnamese level, the hotel is only kind of ready (no rooftop bar though announced on the website, details in the room miss some quality), the pool area is a bit strange (fantastic for parents with kids, but too less space and atmosphere for relaxing)

Very friendly staff, our rooms have been great (we think we got an upgrade😀), the breakfast choice has been impressive and good quality (despite the regular coffee- espresso and cappuccino are available but with extra charge)

The pool area is quite boring and lack of drying area, so after we done with swimming, basically we will wetting all the hall and lift to get back the room. So I really hope the hotel can do something better for the Pool service.

The staff is super friendly. The facilities are perfect. The room has nothing to complain, and the best thing is that this place makes me feel comfortable. The location is also something attracted me because it's not in the city centre so it's pretty quiet, but also not too far away and takes only 5m by car/motorbike, so I can either stay whole day at the hotel (cuz its hot) or go to the center for the food. Lastly, the price is reasonable. 10/10 to be honest, my most favourite place in Hue.
