They provide an in room safe for your valuables. The only way to lock your room from the outside shower doors is with an inside hook and latch which is not secure. There is a key/lock system for the main front door.

We enjoyed the room upgrade to a bungalow on the hill with a nice deck. The outside shower was a great option. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The infinity pool is amazing with a beautiful view. Breakfast is plentiful and the open air restaurant is lovely. We used the gym facilities.

The elevated position. I am in my mid 60s and probably should have chosen a resort with less hills :-) Although the staff were always available to take us to our room in the golf cart which was much appreciated after a full day of travel.

rooms were huge, clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great. The gardens and pool were stunning.

The pool was fantastic and open till late. Once inside the resort, it was very peaceful and quiet. The cottages were well spaced apart so doesn't feel busy.

Fantastic pool area, breakfast had plenty of options and refreshing drinks throughout the day. Also had dinner one night which was some great local cuisine.

Great breakfast spread. Nice big pool to relax in, the chairs filled up quickly though. The staff were great. A few restaurants in walking distance and a good base to explore the island. It was also one of the few places in Vietnam that would also request a licence for scooter rental, to me this shows they take responsibility for their guests.

The bungalows in the middle of the forest are very cute. We love the location even if it’s not by the beach. It’s perfect if you want to have a good base for exploring the island. The restaurant is also very good

On downside is that there's no direct beach access nearby. Much of the area is occupied by other resorts so you have to navigate narrow alleys between them to find your way.

Overall, we had a grear experience at this resort. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was amazing, location was peacefull and perfect to relaxation.

Getting laundry done was really expensive. Better to just do it elsewhere for cheaper.

The location is great, loved how close to town it was while still feeling removed from noise. Resort is not on the beach but it is close by, and the pool is huge. My private cabin was amazing. Staff were so lovely. Breakfast buffet was great.

There is no plug near a mirror in the main bedroom where the air conditioning is so had to dry my hair in the bathroom which is partly outside as only has mesh screening so not ideal when it’s 30 degree heat.

Front desk young man always stressed out creating chaos not friendly nor accommodating. Should not be in the front helping people. There is a girl with very good english more capable. Service and offers at the restaurant can be improved, missing the chill out vibe in the very short happy hour they offer. Internet not so good.

Very nice hotel located walking distance from the main road just a short walk to restaurants. Rooms are very spacious and bed are conforatble.

We really liked everything about Lahana. The setting is beautiful, with lots of trees and plants. The room was lovely, and very spacious. We really liked the outdoor shower. We also enjoyed Happy Hour around the pool, watching the sunset. Their cocktails were great. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
