How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Very nice location and close to many attractive places in Saigon. Delicious breakfast you can try (with fee), free some drinks and coffee all day at the lobby and minibar. Clean and comfortable. Very good experience and staff were friendly in welcoming us all time.

Exellent experience! Good location, very convenient to go anywhere in the city,...Room was completely clean and comfortable. Price is also good. It's really a good choice. I couldn't taste the in-room breakfast service because I had arrived a bit late after the breakfast order time, it’s ended at 8:30pm and I only had time to stay here for one night. Luckily, it's not too difficult to find a good restaurant around.

There is no free breakfast served here, I imagine because they do not have a dining area. Not a big deal, as there are many close by places to grab something!!!
This hotel went above and beyond during our stay. They have free laundry services which came in very handy in the heat of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel is right across from a park and very close walking to many attractions in District 1, as well as a lot of good food, coffee, etc. on an adjacent street.

The room was a bit small but this was as advertised. Perfect for a stopover night in Saigon.
Just across the road from a park. Lovely to walk in. The other side of the park were many of the main bus tour companies- so very convenient. The staff were beyond helpful.

All good except a bit noisy during weekend (and there was a 2-day convention at the park opposite). Perhaps room could have an electric kettle too.
Friendly staff, clean room, free water & refreshing drinks at the lobby, daily same-day laundry service. Highly recommended for the price!

Little bit noisy due to traffic but quieted down after 11 pm.
Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great very close to cafes, restaurants and park.

Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location in district 1. Quiet at night but close enough to nightlight and restaurants to walk or grab. Price was very reasonable also and there is laundry service provided

After 6 weeks in SEA region: still the best place we stayed in! Excellent location (we arrived with night bus, and hotel was just across the small park), could reach everything we wanted easily. Got upgraded to a room, that had a window, and it was perfect. Clean, spacious, everything works, very comfortable. Laundry, which staff washes for free!!! And the staff, absolute best! Always there, always helpful. Upgraded us to a better room without asking. Took care of us and were always present. Gave tips of the city. Pulled some strings and let us prolong for 3 more nights! And many other little things, that really made a difference. We were very happy in this hotel.

The only issue was the shower leaked and flooded the bathroom floor.

Can get a little bit noisy in the night, but is not going to affect your sleep, its not next to the party street.
New or renovated hotel. The personnel of the hotel is really polite, helpful and nice in general. The rooms are spotless and they have a laundry service, they wash and dry your clothes for the same day.

You have to leave the keys of the room when you go out of the hotel. I understand why they do that just sometimes it gets annoyed specially if you have to come back to the room because you forgot something
We really liked the hotel, very clean comfy bed, not noisy at all. It has free laundry service and it was amazing I left the clothes in the morning and when we came back it was all fold and clean. Also the room was very spacious and had free water and coke

I missed having their breakfast because you need to order by 8pm of the day before you have.
I found this hotel on Booking.com as a “new opened hotel” so was a little nervous at first, but turned out to have a wonderful stay. I was impressed with their hospitality, they could speak good English and this was my very first time in Vietnam, but I could perfectly find where to go or what to do around the city thanks to them. Also the complimentary coke in the fridge was a nice touch and there also was a detox water at the lobby which refreshed me up after a long day of sightseeing :) The room itself was big enough to open up my luggage and was clean, bright and well designed. Overall I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would love to stay again! Highly recommend! :D

Narow lobby & small elevator.
A peaceful spot in the heart of hustle Saigon city. The most ambience restfulness Hotel I've ever stay in VN. Not only the place itself but also the warming treated from every staffs.
