Booked this place to have a quiet rest after touring Vietnam for 2 weeks. Mr Thao the owner and Peanut the staff are both very friendly, thank you for their hospitality. The Villa is between 2 padi fields. We took the free bikes provided to go round the padi field and to the nearby beach and had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful stay at Lavini. Its such a nice and quite place to stay. inbetween ricepaddies and waterbuffallos. The Breakfast was good, room clean and the pool was just amazing and they provide water Refill which i think is great The stuff is superfriendly. They helped me a lot, as I was travelling with my son alone. Use Grab to order food or go anywhere. They also provide Bikes and Motorbikes

The bedroom had an external stand up shower rather than an internal one. It was not clean & we didn't feel comfortable using it.

Peace & quiet (apart from the neighbours beeping their horns at 7.30am), the location was within easy access of the old town in a taxi. The Management team were very friendly and helpful, however a bit too much over selling within 5 minutes of arriving! Comfy bed & pillow.

Everything! I highly recommend this place! Great location: quiet, in rice paddies half way between beach and town. The rooms are very clean, large. We stayed as a family of 4 and had adjoining rooms which was great! Beds are very comfy. The pool is also great. The breakfast is delicious. The best thing is the hostess Peanut! She is so kind, gives advice on things to do, where to eat. Books taxis for you. Nothing is too much trouble. It really made our stay easy and relaxed.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left, it was an awesome stay! Very warm welcome from Peanuts, who was such a friendly lady and helped me book airport pick up and drop off, and a tour to visit My Son sanctuary. The room overlooking the pool was very spacious, full of light, fan above the bed plus air con, big bathroom and very clean. I loved the fact that the hotel is away from the busy part of Hoi An, in the rice paddies, so it was always such a quiet and peaceful heaven to go back to at the end of the day. And a dip in the pool was great! I walked everywhere, very safe. Breakfasts were fantastic, especially the Vietnamese offerings, so yummy! I will come back! Thank you for making this a memorable stay!

We had such a wonderful stay here. It is a stunning villa with very spacious, modern and clean rooms. The staff are all amazing. They are so informative and caring and will help arrange anything you need. The breakfast was also very generous and tasty! The location is perfect as you are a 20 minute walk from the shops and restaurants and a 20 minute cycle to the beach right in the middle of the rice paddies. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it!

I’m so Glad we stayed here. Really close to down town Hanoi , hotel room was great ,really well looked after facilities but the best was the staff. They would go above and beyond for your needs and will give you 💯 for their service . Special mention to Peanut , she is a star! Don’t look further and stay here .

We didn't like the breakfast first days so opted for cafes nearby, there's so many options

Beautiful villa in the middle of the rice fields. Rooms were nice and clean, our had doors facing the fields. Villa has a nice Homestay atmosphere, Peanut made us feel like staying at nan's house 😊 Compared to other similar accommodations in Hoi An, this was our top, the location, the garden, we loved it here.

I liked everything.

At Lavini Villa, you can count on being looked after in every sense. Peanut, with the help of a great group of staff, makes sure that you are taken care of, starting at breakfast and then helping out with your daily plans whatever they may be. She will arrange, she will book, she will inform. Peanut takes care of business. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, spacious and very comfortable. Bed and shower are perfect. The breakfasts are a real highlight. There are both local and Western choices: I explored the latter and the food was on a par with the best meals I had in Vietnam. I really liked the location too, on the edge of town, bordered by paddy fields and only a short walk into the bustle of Hoi An. I would recommend the local area too, Cam Chau, where you will find very nice places to eat and drink without the crowds and clamour of the town centre.

I loved this place! Set off in the rice paddies, it was a little gem. The room was large and bright with a great bathroom! There was a pool and the breakfast was superb. Walkable too lots of places and the option to take a bike as well.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Vietnamese options for breakfast were delicious. We used the pool every day between activities. Peaceful location on the edge of town in the middle of the rice fields was idyllic. Close enough to town to walk or cycle or use Grab if too hot. Cycling through the rice fields also nice. Highly recommended.

Super nice location in the rice fields! The staff is super friendly and helps you with everything. They rent bikes which we took to get to the city (about 5 minutes) or the beach (about 15 minutes). Definitely would book here again!

Stayed as a couple with a small baby. Location is perfect. Quiet and beautiful within walking / cycling distance to centre of town. They can also sort a good quality scooter if want you to venture further afield. Peanut the manager is incredibly on it and very helpful. The garden suites are fantastic value. The banana pancakes for breakfast were really light and delicious.
