Absolutely nothing!

This is a gem. Located very close to the beach, next to a lot of super nice cafes and restaurants. Beautiful rooms and amenities. Wonderful staff. If I were to come back, I would stay there again without any hesitation.

The hotel was near the My Khe beach. That was so convenient and cost-effective. They provide 2 bottles of water everyday and breakfast was very nice. I want to visit this hotel again.

I understand people's comments on noise. I got 3rd floor facing street but I always sleep with earplugs and slept just fine. Wasn't there during weekend though, and there's a few bars near that are open to 4am. Guess if you can't beat them, join them 😁 it is downtown Da Nang after all!

Location is great, lots of restaurants, bars, marts just around the corner. Rooftop pool was nice even though it's tiny (5 sun beds). Friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom reminded us of the old French bathrooms where the shower is right in front of the toilet without division which I think is not very hygienic. When taking a bath all the water goes towards the toilet and the trashbin and comes back to your feet.

The outside and inside designs of the hotel are beautiful. Very well located. The room was great and the bed very comfortable. Since there was no one at the pool, we had it all to ourselves twice, so it was very relaxing. There was also a nice restaurant next to the hotel: my quang

The shower and the toilet are in the same room and its impossible to take a shower without flooding the room. The water then sits there for hours and you need to use the toilet in a flooded room.

Everything was as described. The pool was quite empty and relaxing there was fun. The staff was really sweet and helpful

The location, the staff, the room and the pool! Everything was great. There is a cute coffee shop next to the hotel with tasty coffee. Walking distance to the beach and shops.

Good value for money!! Highly recommended!!! The staff are helpful 😄 The facility are wonderful, totally exceeded my expectations, fresh towels, great rooftop pool~ Definitely come back next time!! It surprised me that breakfast changes everyday! The scent in the lobby makes me relax~

we booked a standard room and somehow our room was just beside the elevator and there's a window in the bathroom. if someone is standing on the other side of the window, they will be able to see into our room. we felt insecure so we asked to change room but they were fully booked for standard room . in the end they asked us to pay a lil more to upgrade us to junior suite. a lil while later we realised the ac kept turning off by itself after a few minutes. we changed to another junior suite which the tv was not working at all. they guy did came to fix it but he couldn't do it and we were rushing out as well. so we told him there's no need to have it fixed already since we were going out for the night and leaving in the morning.

1 block from the beach. excellent customer service. despite our room changes they always try their best to make it up to us. gave us a free ride from the hotel to the airport. breakfast was good. changes daily.

The breakfast room is small and there is not a lot of choice compared with the other hotels we stayed in. The breakfast staff was very helpful and served different eggs.

The hotel is very nice. We liked the entrance, which is very modern and design. The pool on the top floor with the view over the city was amazing. The rooms were very spacious with comfy beds. From the hotel it was an easy walk two streets to the beach. There is a supermarket around the corner and we had some nice spring rolls at the restaurant next door. Many thanks to the lovely staff at the reception who were very helpful and informed us about alle the activities and local transport!

Great location n short walk to My The beach. One of the front desk staff is so proactive. I purchase seats on limousine van to Hue from a nearby agency n it’s late. She asked me for the receipt n call the agency to follow up for me without me requesting for assistance! 👍

The hotel overall did a great job with what it had. The experience can be described as satisfactory. The facilities and amenities were convenient for the guests, and my partner and I had a positive impression of the hotel's security personnel and the night receptionist during our check-in. In summary, the experience was decent, but some improvements are needed, especially concerning certain bathroom equipment. For example, the temperature adjustment of the water faucet in our bathroom was quite challenging. The breakfast could also use some improvement, as it seemed a bit limited for a hotel catering to so many guests. Lastly, I hope that in the future, the hotel can provide foot towels in the areas around the bathtub or restroom, as it would be more convenient for the customers.

The breakfast was ok, but it was not stunning. Only a few vegetarian options available, but everyone could find something, so not too bad.

The hotel is five minutes away from the beach. The rooms are modern and clean. Closeby, there are a lot of nice cafes, supermarkts, pharmacies and everything that you need. The pool is nice, not too big but sufficient for the hotel size.

Clean and modern hotel with very welcoming and helpful hotel team. Check in was effortless and accommodating my baggage at the end of the stay so I could continue exploring. Great facilities and pool area and only a short walk to the beautiful beach! Good selection of places to eat nearby, please check out next door for delicious coffee. Would definitely stay here again!
