No complaints but improvements… A mirror would be a nice touch, the one in the bathroom is very small. The glass window above the door allows light come in the room during the night, it was not a problem for me but it would be nice to get it covered for the people who are more sensitive to light at night.

It is very clean, in convenient location close to the beach, to a street market and easy to get around. The room is big and nice, the space is good and look just like in the pictures, there is a desk, couch, ac and a nice view. The family running the place is very lovely and very supportive. They helped me to top up my phone, to arrange bus for the next destination, gave me some recommendations and provided what I needed during my stay.

Before arriving at the apartments, I received clear communication from Lem. Once I arrived, he and his family gave me a very nice welcome. I felt at home straight away, and always comfortable at the apartments. Cleanliness was excellent throughout. The bed and pillows were comfortable, as was all the furniture. The room was very spacious and quiet. I really liked the big windows with lots of natural light. I was happy with the room, which had everything described. There was equipment for preparing meals although I didn't use any of it. In any case there are lots of really good restaurants nearby. It is a quiet neighbourhood, off any main road, with lots of cafe/restaurant gems tucked away in the residential streets. I didn't hear any of the neighbours at all during my stay. Lem and his family were very friendly and helpful, lovely hosts. Thank you so much to Lem and the team for making my stay in Danang homely and memorable. I appreciate it a lot!

The beds are really hard. My partner and I actually like hard beds so it didn't bother us. But if you dont then it could be a problem. Everything else was great :)

Great place to stay outside the main part of town. the island mostly has quite basic accomodation and this is no different. there was a great view from the balcony outside the room and we enjoyed the peace and quiet at night. If you are not planning on having a motorbike for your stay on the island then this place is pretty far from the main "busier" part of the island. But if you do, then it's not problem. Very very easy to get around. Overall we enjoyed our stay here :)

Paint on the walls were starting to show its age. While it wasn't an issue just some suggestion for improvement rather than criticism. Overall great stay.

Location is really convenient close to My Khe beach. Room was spacious and modern. We were there only for one night and thought it was really great value for what we paid. We had a late flight out so Lem was happy to hold on to the luggage while we went around the city after check out.

Just the best location, near the beach and markets. 20 minute walk to the expat area though but plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. If you like coffee make sure you try Her Coffee ☕️ Apartment very comfortable with the basics provided. Bed just average, but room super clean and they come every second day and change sheets and towels.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Sometimes neighbors make noise, sing songs in karaoke. But that's only on weekends.

Perfect place. Cozy room with an elevator. Delicious coffee can be ordered at the reception. Always friendly and helpful staff. Nearby there is a grocery market where you can buy food, fruits and vegetables. Very quiet at night!

You can feel the springs on the bed and pillows are very thin. Restaurants you'd want to try are a bit far.

The room is well equipped with a small kitchenette and has a modern minimalist style. It is large with 2 large windows. The owners are nice and gave us parting desserts.

The apartment did not reflect the images, was a bit of a shock and surprise. Bed and bedding were very old and looked aged, the pillows were not comfortable

Overall was okay However it was extremely cheap and for what it was, it was okay. The service from the host was amazing though and the coffee downstairs we loved. The motorbike rental service available was great with a nice motorbike available to rent.

The design and style I think is good, and I like to see the sunshine in the morning. It is also clean and comfortable. Most importantly, not as noisy as I lived in other city
