I think for the price you pay the rooms should have a smart TV. I’ve stayed at hotels a lot cheaper that provide smart TV. The lifts can sometimes be really slow. Gym is small so if busy you can’t get on anything.

Location was really good. The pool was clean. Rooms really comfortable and cleaned everyday. Staff very accommodating & friendly. I liked how there was a cinema inside the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better; right in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. However, what truly stood out was the breakfast - exceptional doesn't even begin to describe it! A wide array of delicious options, beautifully presented and served with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There's only one thing in this hotel I would change and that is, the WIFI. I tried getting some work done while there but had to go to the lobby (and buy a drink) in order to get good internet. The internet in the room was poor.

The hotel was lovely. The bed was very comfy and big! The size of the room was good and very clean. I loved the rooftop pool. I like that the hotel was well-maintained. I ordered room service for dinner most nights and it was great and super fast. The location is the best. Close to just about everything. Staff was attentive. I would recommend and would definitely stay again.

Pool sun beds—-only 9 available—not enough for a hotel of this size, no lounger seats, seems there is more space allocated to rooftop bar, this area should be cleared to allow more casual sitting for pool during daylight hours then resort back to bar seating for evenings

An excellent 4-star hotel that meets the criteria of a 5-star hotel. The location is excellent, many sights can be seen even on foot. I highly recommend the hotel.The cafe on the ground floor of the hotel is excellent with a great selection of coffee and food.

The bathroom had the shower within a bath which was not great for me as I have a dodgy knee, so I felt a bit wonky navigating the step out over the bath rim.

The location was excellent, walking distance to bars, restaurants, markets and shops. The room was modern and well equipped. Can't comment on breakfast as it wasn't included in our package, so we enjoyed the local pho which was close by.

Our room was on 6th floor and on the street side so we could hear the traffic noise very clearly. If you are a light sleeper this might definitely be a problem for you.

The breakfast must be mentioned here as it was excellent! The large variety definitely made sure there was somehting for everybody and the food was of good quality. The room was spacious and clean. The customer service was friendly and polite and the pool was a nice addition.

I wanted to stay 1 week longer. Asked downstairs how much that would cost, almost a 100% increase?! Compared to what I had already paid. Maybe a popular time? For the same money I booked a 5 star hotel.

2nd time I've stayed here. Staff very good, rooms large and clean. Massage was good and roof terrace with pool always nice.

Location Of the property is great. Centrally located in district 1. The concierge staff is super helpful. They go above and beyond to help and are very attentive.
