Contact with front desk staff arranging rooms as per booking was underwhelming and frustrating and The Libra offers motorcycle rental from the basement parking garage but I later found out when I challenged them on supplying unroadworthy scooters that The Libra endorses them but had no idea what scooters were on offer. Very disappointing service and no regard for customer safety.

Location was excellent, rooms with ocean views are spectacular, exceptionally clean, great bathroom, a nice breakfast but not outstanding,

The pool doesn’t get any sun due to it being under cover. The pool was also under maintenance during our stay which was annoying as this was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel :(

Couple of things to make it better 1. Include water filter in the gym. 2. Aircon system requires some cleaning as it made us cough a lot. 3. Sadly the pool is in the shade, but know that can’t be changed.

Wonderful staff - so welcoming, with a welcome drink. Beautiful clean rooms, hot showers. Great gym, has a pool, pool table etc The breakfast however is the highlight, they had egg stations, pho, bacon, Vietnamese foods, yoghurt fruit cereal and the menu changes daily!

The bed pillows where too big and firm.

The Breakfast offerings were very good. Huen and her staff were kind, extremely helpful and patient. When I couldn't figure out the ATM next door, Heun came with me to help. She is amazing!

Great Breakfast. Close walk to the beach. Very attentive staff. Nice rooftop pool. My wife loved the spa services.

Breakfast options and the general quality of the food. I thought it was below par.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel itself is quite nice. The staff, especially Linh, gave me a warm welcome and made sure I had a comfortable stay. The room was spotless. The pool was great too, although, some people found the water too cold. I didn't mind. However, I was a little disappointed with the breakfast spread. Not enough choices for vegetarians. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. It went as expected.

Loved the facilities- gym was clean and had everything you needed, pool was lovely and room was so comfortable. Staff were always friendly and accommodating. I have written 3 reviews because we ended up extending our stay twice. We loved this stay!

Swimming pool on 7th floor doesn't get much sunlight, even though the view is nice. Breakfast buffet is plentiful but there could be more vegetarian options.

Excellent location close to the beach and wonderful view from rooms facing the sea. Well equipped gym.

Room: clean and spacious, great view, comfortable bed, good shower, cleaned daily, free water daily Breakfast: lots of lovely options, loads of fruit, yogurt, cereal, freshly cooked egg station, traditional Vietnamese options too Facilities: decent sized gym with all equipment to do a full body weights session, pool had a great view, also free use of snooker table which was fun Location: spot on, close to all the main attractions Staff: so helpful and friendly whenever we interacted, also got a lovely welcome drink Price: the best thing about this place - incredible value for money!
