We could hear a bit too much. Some windows were facing the communal area. The swimming pool is practically on the street, privacy is missing.

The staff was very friendly! They also offer tours directly at the reception if you do not feel like looking for something yourself. The swimming pool was nice. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The location is very good, because you can even walk places. We could pay with a card (+3%).

The establishment is in a quiet little street with nice little restaurants and massage parlors. There's a swimming pool that's good for you. The room is large and clean with everything you need. The staff are very friendly. We had a great stay! Thank you

The bed was very hard (great if you love that though). The room could have done with a heater to help dry things out in a very damp Hué. No drain in the shower, so the bathroom was permanently wet.

Staff were very helpful, they gave excellent recommendations of where to eat and what to see. Location was great. Excellent value fir money.

Great boutique hotel with large size rooms and bathroom. The pool looked good, but did not have time to use it. Location is good with plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby. The staff were very helpful.

Slight noise from construction works going on outside the building.

Great value for money. It’s not luxury but what you get is great! The room was really clean and the bed was hard but comfortable. Super hot shower, nice clean looking pool. Great breakfast place just down the road. The staff gave us so many recommendations for food, let us borrow umbrellas, arranged taxis, and sorted my laundry for me really quickly.

Perfect location to explore Hue. The hotel staff are very nice and dedicated, recommended sights and restaurants and even booked a transfer for us. We especially enjoyed the pool after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you very much, we would definitely come back :)

There was an internal window in the room that looks on into the hallway which is strange, but there’s curtains to close so not a big deal.

This place is great value for money, we were only staying a single night but the staff still took the time to suggest nearby places for meals and sights to make the most of our time there. The room is quite basic but really spacious and was clean. Location-wise this is completely ideal, you’re right next to the nightlife and some big restaurants but also not far from quieter areas.

The hotel is going through some renovations, there were no noise issues at all due to this and they were clearly very careful about when they do any work as it didn't disrupt us. However, it did mean that there were some building materials around the pool area that could have been covered when work wasn't happening.

Excellent value for money. Clean rooms, good showers, comfy beds. The pool was an absolute godsend during the Hue heat, and was lovely to come back to after morning tours of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and helped with recommendations.

No lift which wasn’t an issue for us but could be for others!!

Has a pool which not many other hotels do, lots of food places, cafes, and shops nearby! Also got my nails đờ e in a local nail salon which was good! Staff were very helpful, well priced laundry service relative to other places we’ve been to. AC worked really well! Bathroom and pipes didn’t smell at all which is always a plus!!! Bedroom large size, had good facilities such as kettle and good wifi. Staff were super kind, and funny!!

The description lists up a safe but there wasn't one in our room. I think it is possible to leave valuables at reception. The window at the back didnt close properly. This is a mid range hotel which cost what you would expect for this standard.

Comfortable room with twin beds, important as I was traveling with my son. Nice bathroom with choice of shower type . Window on to central staircase and another small window in the back. Kettle in room and bottle of water. The pool looked great but we didn't have time to try it because we were too busy sightseeing. Only in Hue for 2 nights so had a lot to fit in in that time. The hotel is down a quiet side street so its away from the noise but the "walking street" with bars and restaurants is just around the corner. In the morning i could hear birds chirping at the back of the property. The back window has a view over the rooftops.

We can not find anything.. Maybe breakfast could be given as an option as we didn't get it. But the location is so central it didn't matter in the slightest.

For a short visit, this place bent over backward for us and made us feel at home straight away. We even got to meet the owners who are very kind and allowed us to stay a little longer at the pool after check out because of a late flight. The receptionists are super friendly and gave us everything we needed about the city. We loved this hotel so much. It's unbelievable value for money.
