The air conditioner is not as cold as we expected. During our visit, Hanoi is very hot and humid so we were hoping that the aircon would work well but it took a few hours before we felt that it’s cold. Good thing there were stand fans and wall fans inside the room.

The hotel is located at the Old Quarter area. You could just walk to go to the tourist spots. Coffee shops and restaurants are just around the area. You could literally cross the street and have a good cup of coffee or ice cold beer. The staff were all so nice and accommodating.

Tried to check in late at night 02-30am, but the roller door at the front was closed and hard to find the buzzer to get assistance. Eventually found it and got in.

The position was perfect. Joy the manager/receptionist/concierge was very helpful. The breakfasts were okay, nice omelettes. Rooms were comfortable enough.

Air conditioning not working well. As in many places in Hanoi center very crowded and noisy place, so air con is essential to keep all windows closed. Below average brakfast, but OK for this price.

We had to check out early to catch a bus and the lady at reception said they would make breakfast up for us to take as we'd miss it... this didn't happen but I guess we could have reminded them the night before. Also, no bedside lamp for reading

Bathroom windows didn't lock. But it felt safe as they were small and very high up.

Old interior. Had to hike some stairs before reaching the small elevator to go to our room with our luggage. Interior of the room was very basic. Tv was broken, smashed screen. Fridge wasn’t that cold. Bed was not comfortable. There were ants in our room. Aircon was not strong.

Location exactly at old Quarters ,stone throw distance from Main square near the hoan Kim Lake and all the rooms are very clean , amenities and excellent good value for money as well as good and courteous staff, also good breakfast buffet. If anyone traveling from India or any part of the world must recommend good value for money .

I reached at 5am and shutter was down, thought it was closed or shut down....then figured there was a bell to be rung for staff to open up.... would be nice if a board could be put up stating details...

The breakfast was not as pictured. Mostly noodles and rice, when pictures showed more variety. WiFi was not great but okay. TV was basic and offered limited channels. No options like Netflix or Prime.

The mattresses in the room were hard and in some places you can feel the springs.

This is a budget friendly hotel, with friendly staff. The room we booked online was their economy room. This room did not have a window, and the property worked with us to gey a different room, very easy process.

Beds were pretty hard and shower floor kind of squelched when stood on so probably water trapped underneath. Our room was near to lobby so very loud. We were woken due to other guests literally shouting in the lobby. Not really the hotels fault although they could try keep guests quiet at night time.

Good service from when we arrived, hotel staff let us choose our room and carried bags into room. Room was big and in good condition. Breakfast was nice enough, pretty simple.

The bathroom very small, even to get in and get out the door,it's quite challenging

The room was large, and my room has a balcony to see people passing bye in the road, so nice. Breakfast simple but ok. The hotel has lift so for everyone bringing luggage don't have to worried.
