The bathroom door opened to inside which made getting into the bathroom awkward, because the bathroom was already very small.

Very cheap, friendly and nice staff and they helped book the tour to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. We had always fresh water and clean towel every day. Thank you for your hospitality!

The bed was big. That is about as good as it gets. Those horrible hard mattresses which Westerners will never grow accustomed to. Apart from that little whinge, everything else was wonderful.

Little Diamond is perfectly situated in old quarter. Food, coffee, travel agents, everything close by.

There is not unlike things.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was clean and it has a big space with big bathroom. Because of the transfer guy did not find us and we got a grab, we got a bigger room for the same price.

Really clean and comfortable, massive room - only booked for one night as an emergency and I had food poisoning but they were very accommodating and lovely!

The room was in need of many repairs, the shower was hanging off the wall, table hanging off of the wall, bed had screws sticking out and felt as if it might break.

Very friendly staff, very good location. Room without windows was fine, it meant we were shielded from the noise of the street.

There's a small window by the bedroom door that faces the hallway and our room would get flooded with light each time our neighbours left their room. The outside light sensors were very sensitive.

The location was ideal and the rooms were comfortable, clean and away from the street noise. The staff were very kind and helpful. A great place to stay in Ha Noi.

The A/C was barely working so it was quite hot. There was a fan so we managed, but it was a bit of inconvenience.

Location of the hotel was great! The staff was helpful and the room was OK for the price. It definitely need some refurbishing, but was good enough for our needs. Breakfast was also OK

There were a few ants in the room but it is a very common problem in the area. There weren't enough ants to actually be a problem

Stayed at the property twice as we enjoyed it so much. The location is good, rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi was good. The staff were so lovely, we lost our phone in a taxi and the lady on the front desk telephoned for us and we managed to get our phone back. I can't express how grateful I am for all her help. Would definitely recommend staying here

Breakfast options are a little bit limited (eg no pastries!) but what they do have is really nice (the Chicken Pho/Noodle Soup is excellent!). The decor is a little bit dated and the rooms are a bit small but these are minor points.

Firstly, the staff are excellent - truly go out of their way to help you. I ended up having three bookings here (long story!) covering my entire stay and the staff dod their very best to keep me in the same room for the duration. The breakfast staff are also really good. Secondly, the location is brilliant - set in the heart of the Old Quarter yet still very close to the Lake, St Joseph's Cathedral etc.

Just needs a little TLC in the cosmetic sense.

The staff is the best thing about this hotel. Super helpful right from time of booking to the time of checkout. The luggage storage option is fantastic, and the location is fabulous.

Lovely room on the top floor with a small balcony with views along the street. Luckily there was a lift. The lady on reception spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The location was good, in the heart of the old quarter. Breakfast was nice, with good fried eggs.

the location was superb, the people working in this hotel are very kind and helpful, i even extended my stay for a few days, would prefer to have a window in my room but on the contrary this back room was very calm and quiet for this loud city
