We got a room without a window, that was just a bit uncomfortable for us, as we are used to having one in every room. Anyway, we did survive, as the AC works perfectly.

The localisation was just perfect! The Old Town and the French Quarter within walking distance, good restaurants and grocery shops nearby. I would like to thank the amazing staff of Little Hanoi Hotel - they did their best to help us and it was way more than we thought we might need. Everyone there is wonderful!

The plumbing emitted a high-pitched whine every time a tap was turned on not only in the room's bathroom, but also other taps in the building (or so it seemed). This caused some sleeplessness for light sleepers. A windowless room is never appreciated, but we neglected to raise the matter with the reception.

Staff were cheerful, friendly and very helpful, especially Jenny. Breakfast was very good with an unexpectedly wide choice of both international and local fare. The room was clean and large enough, and furnishings adequate, with confortable beds.

- One of the staff was standing behind me and watched me while I had breakfast. I'm sure the stuff just wants to be helpful, but that made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. - The bathroom was a little bit dirty on the cupboards.

- Located near the Hoàn Kiem Lake so that you can walk to all the sights easily. - Friendly and helpful staff - Comfortable beds - Clean bedroom - Delicious breakfast (you should try the Pho!!)

I got the room with the window covered by cardboard!! I had no natural light in the room. The other room was better. Very old fashioned and bad smell. The walls definitely need a fresh painting!

Perfect location and fantastic service. Staff very polite and helpful. Tasty breakfast, you can choose from soup or eggs (fried, scrambled or omelette) and an additional banana.

The hotel is old and needs cleaning. I have to wipe down surfaces, like the closet and mini fridge.

Staffs were all very friendly and super helpful. They will go beyond to help guess. The hotel is in a good location close to the attractions and is very quiet compared with the other in the same area.

The reception staff was very co-operative. Booked a good taxi for us for airport drop. They prepared vegetarian breakfast for us.

I didn't like the elevator bell ringing with every use outside the door. Luckily guests stopped using it around 1130pm.

Hot water ran out quickly

The Little Hanoi hotel was exactly what we wanted, it was in a great location walking distance to the busy centre of old town, the B52 victory museum, the military museum, train street and much more, this property is adequate for a traveler’s that wants to see and experience a city, have somewhere comfortable, dry and safe to sleep with a good breakfast, breakfast is eggs how you like them, toast, tea, coffee water and fruit, if you are a traveler that wants 5 star luxury maybe not, but for everyone else I recommend The Little Hanoi Hotel. The staff are great, the office is manned 24/7 Jenny the day receptionist is exceptional, she organise trips for us, sorted a problems with a trip that had nothing to do with her that had been booked in Australia, organised transport for us, she is a warm welcoming host that nothing is to much trouble for. Jenny is an asset to the business and if I had to give her a rating I would give her 12 out of 10👍👍👍👍👍👍

There is really not a lot to dislike. the wifi was the only thing which was somewhat unstable. At the end of my stay they were fixing that 'problem'z.

Very helpfull staff en excellent location: across the lake but still in a quiet alley. Clean rooms, good breakfast, a lot of oppurtunities for tours (if you want). For me it had a little bit the backpack feeling (but is still a hotel).

The aircon is old, that need to replace the new one.

The staff's so friendly and the location is great. We can walk to the Hoan Kiem easily. It also near the the street food that I usually ẹnou loke Cau go street. Many foods that you can enjoy.

Jeny was so helpful, she speaks good english and arrange Airport transfer for us. The triple room is big enough for 3 ppl and luggage.
