Fabulous hotel. Easy shuttle ride to beach or town. Some good restaurants nearby. The pools are beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. The best thing was the staff. They were so beautiful. We had to curtail our stay because our daughter was sick in the uk. They couldn’t do enough for us to help us out at that difficult point in time. We will be forever grateful to Lucy (and team) for her support and kindness. She is a a very special person. Thank you.

I was disappointed in the comfort of the bed.

Have stayed a couple of times in the Allegro Hotel which I love and this hotel was great also, although out of town slightly, however, it was in a lovely quiet village area with some local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff are really friendly as they seem to be at all these hotels.

Nothing its all been very good

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel as there's so much accommodation available in Hoi An from one end to the other. The hotel has a nice vibe about it thats why we have extended our stay......very conveniently located with a shuttle available at certain times to take you into the old town or the beach. Salome the manager is doing a great job with her very easy approachable manner which shows in all of the staff members on her team who we have found to be very informed and helpful with any requests we have made.

Breakfast was lovely but if I had to pick at something, it had the same options everyday. After staying for a few days a change in selection would’ve been nice. This is only something small, book your stay, you won’t regret it!

We stayed for three nights at this hotel (early April). It was so nice, I didn't want to leave! It was, by far, the best hotel we stayed at during our three week holiday to South East Asia. It is situated in a great location with a complimentary shuttle bus to the old town (approx 7 minutes away), the interior design is beautiful, the bed was super comfy, the bathroom is amazing, and the pool was great for swimming lengths and enjoying cocktails (we were treated to a couple of complimentary cocktails). The breakfast selection is vast and over breakfast one morning, a staff member asked if we needed any help organising trips for that day. By the time breakfast was finished, we had two half day trips booked. We also had our laundry washed and returned on the same day. The hotel even organised a complimentary taxi to the airport. An excellent hotel! Don't bother researching other hotels for hours (like I did) - this hotel ticks every box.

We loved absolut everything about our stay! Loved the hotel, staff, poolarea, private beach, breakfast, room... Everything... We even booked one more night because we did not want to leave. However, If we have to mention something negative (which is very difficult) it must be, that the rooms are not that soundproof.

The bedroom floor can be slightly sticky as guests are allowed to wear provided slippers out to explore. Suggest to provide additional disposable bedroom slippers that are to be worn exclusively in the room.

Very hospitable with welcome snacks, good deals that come with staying at the hotel include free shuttles to the old town, free lunch/dinner at the restaurant, free shuttle service to the airport and discounts at a tailor shop. Service was prompt and impeccable. There is also a convenience store right opposite.

The rooms could have been a little more sound proofed, so if you want a long lie in bring ear plugs. But this is minor and probably the same everywhere

Large breakfast selection, two pools meaning you could opt for sun or shade, and a lovely location by the river. It's a little further out, but I liked that a lot. The street was calmer and quieter and it was very easy to get a taxi into town. Would stay again.

We received such a warm welcome on arrival and all the staff were really friendly helpful throughout our week long stay. Rose and Chloe took great care of us as did lots of other staff including the doormen, chefs and waiters, shuttle bus drivers, pool staff and spa. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated, and the rooftop pools and spa are lovely. There’s a convenient shuttle service to the old town which takes no more than ten minutes, and another shuttle to the beach. Breakfast was amazing everyday with lots of variety and fresh food, both local and European options. The rooms are spacious, clean, light and airy. This is a great location with easy access to the old town. The hotel is excellent value for money. We would happily recommend to any friends and family visiting Hoi An and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in future.

None, this place was nice, just book here already!

Free breakfast. Hotel is only a year old, therefore, everything is still seems new. Value was great, 3 days 2 nights for 170 CAD, THAT'S INSANE! Everything was exceptional, out of all the hotels we've been during out stay in all of Vietnam, this hotel was number 1 for us. Just come stay here if you're in Hoi An. If you're visiting Da Nang, also just come stay here and take a grab to Da Nang. I will legit come back to this hotel next thing I come back to Vietnam. Next time I am back, I will actually slow down and relax so I can thoroughly enjoy this hotel even more.

The only thing we didn’t like is that we couldn’t stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The expansive breakfast buffet, the large koi pond in the basement, the luxurious spa, the clean and spacious room, the many shuttles to town or beach, and especially the truly wonderful staff - these and other things were all so nice. This was our last lodging before leaving Vietnam and if/when we return, we’ll be staying here again.

What a gem - it truly is an oasis! We loved our stay so much that we ended up extending our time. The facilities are excellent, the staff are incredibly welcoming/helpful and the breakfast included is absolutely delicious. We liked the fact that it is located on the outskirts of town and enjoyed riding the complimentary hotel bikes in or taking the shuttle service. We will definitely be coming back again and would highly recommend staying here.

The location is quite and peaceful but a quick grab ride to the old town. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Rose and Chloe from the reception were superstars!! Ruby in the restaurant was amazing as well.

A bit of a walk in the extreme heat and humidity if you are trying to be spontaneous and not rely on the shuttle service. The two pool areas, while a nice inclusion, were not as great as I had been hoping for.

Very good gym, amazing staff, and a very handy shuttle service every hour or so. Good breakfast and a very nice room.

Breakfast great with a range of options including vegetarian foods. Staff, in particular Lucy and Eric, were amazing so incredibly attentive. They made my birthday extra special! AC in rooms is very efficient. Rooms are spacious and very clean! Spa and massage were amazing. Staying at this hotel made our stay in Hoi An incredible. Can’t wait to return!

Everything! We ended up extending our stay here because it was so nice. Special thanks to Hana at reception who was so lovely and helped us promptly with every request. The staff is amazing, really well trained on how to treat customers. The fact that they offer sunbeds and a bus to the beach is a major plus. We also booked massages twice and they were great!
