The best this Hotel has by far is the couple that own and manage it. Thanh & Van are the most lovely person you can imagine! They are all the time pending that you are having a great time and helping with anything you need. From the first second you arrive, when they receive you offering you tea and fruit and showing you everything, they gain your heart. But it is not only how nice they are, but also, the great breakfast they offer, the room, quite big with very comfortable bed and bathroom with great shower. The fresh swimming pool for the warm days is very pleasant, the location is perfect and quite, not close to the road and just 1.5km to tal coc center, where you can go by bike (free). They have very good price for renting a bike, and for the laundry. And they help you with everything you need ( bus ticket, trips, taxi…) I wish them a lot of success in their business because they deserve it

I can not put into words how amazing this experience was. The food, the kindness and generosity, not to mention the attention to detail. In a matter of two days I felt so refreshed and ready that I got back to work feeling like a new me.

Like most of the other hotels in Ninh Binh, they have the shower where the toilet is with no divider, just needed getting used to. It seems to be the norm here, no fault of the hotel.

Tan and his wife were exceptional hosts! Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Very lovely family run hotel. Spacious room with a view Value for money Clean Jacuzzi was perfect after a day of cycling (free bikes) and exploring

Small hotel a but outside of Tam Coc but within walking distance. Hotel provides free bikes but you can also rent a scooter from them. Clean and spacious rooms, great shower, staff is friendly and kind!

The couple who run this hotel are lovely. They do a wonderful job of welcoming their customers and making sure all is well. They provide bicycles which we used every day to get around. The breakfast in the morning consisted of a buffet with good selection of fruits, fried noodle and rice, Vietnamese treats, coffee & juice. They also offered a different hot soup from the menu. Our room was clean, large and had a nice view of the rice and lotus fields. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as we like the quiet but still a close enough to all amenities. We had a great stay and would happily chose this hotel again.

Manager was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel very welcome and nothing was a bother. We used the complimentary bikes to go for a ride which the kids loved. The hotel was clean and spacious. Breakfast had a good variety and was very nice. The location is quiet and in a great spot central to most local attractions and not far from good food. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

This hotel is excellent. The photos published don't do much justice. The room we got had very big glass windows overlooking the beautiful fields/mountains. It's very new, very clean. The beds very comfortable. The location is close to mua cave, tam coc, trang an although we took a taxi becouse we travelled with a child. There are a lot of good restaurents at reasonable prices when you step out of the hotel. Above all the hotel owner Thanh, his wife and kids were extremely freindly and nice. They made our stay feel like home. Helped in everything we need even when booking taxis. They had two freindly, lovely puppies like teddy bears that we loved. Out of all the places we stayed in Vietnam this was the best place and we already miss been in this hotel. We will deffinely return one day. Thanh thank you so much for making us feel like home.

I didn’t like that the shower was not enclosed and didn’t feel safe as the whole bathroom floor got wet. It was a 30 min walk into Ninh Binh

Very friendly staff! Cute dogs! Best room we’ve had in Vietnam - very clean, comfortable bed and good hot water. Location is good - only approx 1 kilometre walk to main area in Tam Coc and free bikes for rent. Very peaceful ☺️

The rooms are spacious, very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. Great location - very close to town and all the main sights. The owner Thanh and his wife are amazing and so kind and hospitable. Free bikes to easily get around. Delicious food for breakfast and lunch/dinner. I will recommend this hotel to all my friends and family who visit Ninh Bình

The couple were very sweet and caring and the hotel beds were quite comfortable. We liked the shower also. We used the cycles provided one day and that was really nice.

Property was perfect location not too far from town a small bike ride provided by hotel at no additional cost, so quiet and comfortable to sleep in the evenings. Hotel is clean and the view onto the field and country side is beautiful. The hotel owners took care of our needs and breakfast was delicious. We extended our stay another evening. Hotel took care of taxi and early breakfast when we checked out.

We love the owners, Thành and Vân. They were so caring and genuinely sweet couple. They made sure we had everything we needed everyday (food, bicycles, how to get to attractions, laundry ect.) Thành went out of his way to buy and gifted us 3 loaves of the sweet bread we told him we liked that was served at breakfast. The room was very comfortable, new, very clean, and had great views. We would definitely stay here again.
