the staff are fantastic and very welcoming, they explained about any tours we could do and even arranged a last minute moped site seeing tour for my partner when her cooking class cancelled. the breakfast was good and the location is perfect to walk to all the main attractions in Hue city. the coffee is great also!

Amazing location , the rooms were big and really clean and comfortable. The girls at reception were all amazing they organised bikes and luggage transport for us to do the drive from hue to Hoi an amazing experience. Highly reccomend for anyone staying in hue

The room could do with a little bit of modernisation and we were a bit overlooked from the windows next door where there were some noisy people.

Really friendly staff - they gave us a map and helped us see as much as possible of the city in one day without a bike. They even organized for a boat to pick us at one spot, take us to the pagoda and then drop us back at the pier near the hotel. They also organised our transport to the airport for much cheaper than we could get on Grab. Close to restaurants and bars. Great breakfast in the morning. We were let into our room straight away even though we arrived very early.

Considering the room rate, all was good.

This hotel is fantastic value for money. Spacious, comfortable, reasonably clean room in a well-maintained building located in a quiet area of the city. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful - very keen to make sure that our needs were met and we had access to tours, activities, etc. They even prepared an early breakfast on a day when we had to leave early. The breakfast was fine, considering the room rate. Even though the hotel is located a very short distance from restaurants and night life, it was quiet after 2100 for sleeping.

Nice location - next to the restaurants and bars but in a dead end street, thus quiet. But, the best thing is the the very frienly, helpful and supportive personal, that alsways has an extra hint here and a cup of tea there. They even brought me to the railway station just because somebody was going close anyway!

The location is perfect, room so comfortable and great breakfast. But the Best is the staff...in 8 months travelling around this part of Asia, we never found people like Lein and her staff.. they are superb, a helping hand when we had problems with other hotel and giving the Best tips and recommendations to make the Best Hue experience.

The elevator's too small. AC in our room doesn't work well, sometimes it's suddenly off. Towels're cleaned clearly.

Hotel's located at an ideal location. We can reach several destinations in less time than other hotels we've stayed at before. Young receptionist's friendly. Enough facilities in the room.
