Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ThailandThe very some flaws that putted me off a little. 1. With only 1 tiny window The room was very stuffy 2. The room I stayed at (601) seemed to be really weary. With lots of plastering cracks down the walls and grind down enamel in a bath 3. For no reason there was no elevator coming up to the 6th floor that brought some discomfort (I have a heavy suitcase) 4. One night electric adapter just started to spark 5. There were some stains on the bath towels.. And one night the staff just woke me up in the night (00.45) by calling me via room phone 😕
The best about this hotel is its terrific location - just at the very heart of Hanoi Old Quarter so everything whatever you may need is just at the tips of your hand. Caffès, restaurants, places to see and visit, the most remarkable of which is by far St. Joseph Cathedral

Very central hotel in old town of Hanoi, the reception staff were very helpful and pleasant, unfortunately the mattress in my room was very hard and my room window looked onto the internal stairs where others could look into my room when the curtains were open, the bath required sealing around the edges as 15mm gap all the way round. This was a cheap priced hotel compared to others in the area however price would would reflect my findings, location location location…. Oh good air conditioning and also good fan

GermanyHotel won't answer messages, when asking to book a bus ticket, they won't issue a bill, won't be clear about departure time and the company that provides the transportation service. Staff communicates false pickup time, bus company appears to early and leaves, reception desk guy doesn't care and won't help solve the issue with the bus, only stating that he doesn't understand. The hotel is giving jack about a bus trip they booked for me without a bill, even when it is much easier for them to talk in Vietnamese with provider. At least I got my money back. Staff must improve their English knowledge. Room okayish although price too high compared to other similar segment hotels in Hanoi. Old furniture, dirty, stinky sandals, bathroom doesn't feel agreeable. Nothing to do with their colleagues from Lucky in Hang Trong.
