The hotel has a great location, just a couple of minutes to the sea, with a store nearby for all necessities and a lively street with bars and cafes, yet it is quiet in the room. My room had a fantastic bathtub where you can relax after a busy day. The room is clean, free of insects and other pests, has all the essentials for living, and you can't hear the neighbors.

This place would be absolutely perfect and amazing except for two problems and one minor annoyance. There was no cable TV. Could live with that if the WIFI was good - it was not. At night, loud music from nearby night market. The music did stop around 10 or 10:30 pm, though.

All the receptionists Dilys, Mia, Nancy, Linda, Simon, Rum, Ryan and Alice were fantastic, helpful and welcoming. Their Manager Hana, did a great job to fix my wifi. Big thanks to everybody! I can only strongly recommend this hotel with many restaurants, coffee shops and bars just nearby.

The sound (karaoke sound) from the night market or bar is quite high. One of the A/C in our bedrooms was broken.

The kitchen is fully equipped but there are barely any utensils. The bath looked great but there was no plug so we couldn’t use it. The bars outside the back of the hotel had live music most nights Wednesday - Saturday, sometimes until 11pm ish. The toilet paper seems to be heavily guarded, we were only given 1 for our 12 night stay and had to ask every time we needed a new one.

The apartment was incredibly spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Super fast wifi that was great for working. There is a little rooftop terrace, which didn’t seem to be mentioned but we noticed when at a nearby rooftop bar. There are endless cafes and restaurants within a short walking distance, are favourites were: 2 Ladies, Quan Ty, Brewing Hood, Golo, Kem Dua ice cream. Keycard entry. Aircon good in the living area. Daily cleaning (unless you request otherwise). Staff are pleasant.

The curtains by the balcony did not close fully, and the balcony was a little small, but you do get a view of the ocean from it.

The best place I've stayed in Asia, especially for the price. It was super clean with modern ammenities (shower was incredible). The apartment was huge. There were views of the city out of every window. The staff was the nicest staff I have ever experieced and I have been traveling for the past 3 months. They were friendly, helpful, and very very chill. There was a rooftop with panoramic views. It honestly had everything and was so so cheap, and was connected to a fancier hotel next door if you wanted even more luxury. I was sad to check out because after traveling for so long it felt like home.

First thing is that they should ask the permission of the guest staying in the room before room cleaning whether the guest are in the room or not. Second is the room needs a bit of renovation. Third is they should also increase the lighting for better viewing. Last is they should provide more water bottles or more quantity of water because of the money they charge for the room.

The Location and the view was the best thing about this place. The staff was helpful and did everything we asked for without any ifs and buts.

Tv didn’t work in the room but someone did come to fix it. Room advertised as sea view and picture looked fabulous though in reality it had a balcony overlooking a disused alleyway and a tiny window inside that could just about glimpse the sea in distance so not really the sea view I was expecting.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel very clean and in good location. My stay was pleasant and comfortable. Very easy to rent a moto from reception and go about by yourself. I would recommend.
