We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe main swimming pool was dirty. I didn't like the fact you had to pay extra for pool towels as this villa was privately owned. Location wasn't ideal, quite far away from the town centre. Taxis were expensive compared to other parts of Vietnam. Restaurant at the resort served average food, considering it was very pricey.

FranceThe resort is a bit far from the cities but I was able to rent a motorbike and so it’s was easy to move around. The buggy(electric shutter) that the resort use to move costumers from a place to another inside the resort can be a bit slow, I think it would be a great idea if they develop en app for that.
The place was perfect for a break ! The villa is spacious with kitchen, washing machine, all the stuff you need to cook ! The private swimming pool is honestly the big +. All the services were great as well as the worker. I will definitely come back!

Singapore🧳Once you step out the facility there is literally nothing to do, the closest Coop Mart supermarket is 15km away to Cam Ranh or 300K VDN, it takes 30 min one way. 🧳While the sand on the beach is nice you can still however see a lot of garbage coming from the sea and there is no regular cleanup. We stayed for 9 days and observed the same bulky trash lying around for days, nobody cares to clean it. Management could arrange a plastic bags or something so at least conscious visitors could help to clean the area. We used to carry a large plastic bag every time we went to the beach area. 🧳Kitchen is really slow, it takes forever for the stuff to put the order into the system, the fastest order was 7 minutes - the problem with this is that they won't send the order to the kitchen until you do the payment and to do the payment the order has to be created first... 🧳You need to be proactive with the butler for every sungle detail, it took us 2.5 days to get the house cleaned. 🧳Beware that airport transfer offered to you may not come in time - we had to book a grab so we don't miss the flight. 🧳Beware that washing machine maybe dirty, quite a few white clothes got spoiled after one round of washing. 🧳There is no iron in the house. 🧳Upon arrival requested to fix the bath, it was fixed in less than 5min
