Very good location, room clean and comfy. The owner is so kind and very helpful. The breakfast is perfect you don't need more fruits and a plate plus a drink. I recommend this place 😊

A TV in the room would have been nice maybe as we were tired and didn't stay out late so it would have been nice it relax but that is such a small issue

Perfect Location - just off the main street of Tam Coc - so it is really central while also being in a quiet area. Host was so kind and couldn't do enough for us, she organized our taxi to the airport, we rented bikes from her which was fabulous as we could then cycle from place to place. She had a lot of information about tours/tourist sites/boat times. Although we didn't do a tour we just cycled around the area, she didn't try and push a tour on us which I appreciated. She made us a delicious Chicken Banh Mi for our journey to Hanoi airport and even got up early to give us coffee and fruit before we left which I though was extremely kind of her. Beds were comfortable and water was hot for showers, lots of AC in the room Would definitely recommend for a trip to Tam Coc/Ninh Binh

Location was fantastic just of the Main Street great vegetarian restaurant the top of the street breakfast was ok , wan was great host made sure was comfortable when we left for a overnight train she made us pack up and organised a car ride to the station for free .

It seemed a bit disorganised at times, such as breakfast. They need to put a menu in the dining area so they're not keep looking for it or maybe just put some tea or coffee on the side to help yourself. Found it a bit hard to get info for buses to cat ba once Jodie had left for a holiday and the price also increased after I'd first enquired so we booked in town. Just a language barrier. We settled up the night before we left as was busy again in the morning. I'm just nitpicking but would happily recommend here and have to other people already.

Lovely spacious bright and airy room on the top floor with a nice view. Great proper shower cubicle. Down a side street off the main road but few mins to shops, eateries etc. Jodie who was helping there was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and decent choices. Great omelette. Enjoyed renting.bikes to cycle the beautiful countryside. We stayed an extra 3 nights so says it all.

Nothing! Everything was good. Maybe that it was a little messy around the breakfast area/ reception. But nothing that really bothering. And the roof top area was in construction. But after all it’s not really high season so maybe that’s why they do it this time a year so it’s all set up for their high season then it’s most guest there. And it wasn’t even so much sun so you probably wouldn’t spend time there anyways.

This place was truly amazing! The location is perfect just a street down from the Main Street. The room is super clean and fresh with everything you need. A bathroom that has the shower separated from the toilet with a wall which is not so common if you want to go on a budget. And yeah the shower had hot water and it was an air con and a fridge. And the best with everything was the staff! Had such an amazing time thanks to the Australian couple who is helping out running the place and the Vietnamese woman who worked there as well worked so hard and truly did her best at all time to support with everything. So thanks so much!! Really appreciated everything ❤️

The location is perfect close to everything but off a side road so its quiet. Rooms are new and clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good, fresh and always got a plate of fruit. The owner is super friendly and attentive. They rent motor scooters and bicycles for a good price.

I had a wonderful 2 night stay at Della Luna in Tam Coc. Oanh & Jodie were super hosts. Very accommodating making me feel most welcome and comfortable. They very kindly organised my onwards travel tickets by train to Hue & Da Nang. So so helpful. Thank you so much. The pancakes with banana and fresh fruits for breakfast were delicious. Yum. Fantastic location and rooms were immaculate! Highly recommend! The team at Della Luna are amazing, Oanh, Jodie & co! Jodie recommended a lovely family run dinner venue called Tam coc noodle soup restaurant, food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We hired a moped from them for the day to explore the area. The stay from start to finish was amazing! And we had a lovely breakfast and chat with Son on our stay aswel!

The host was super nice, we got motorbikes rental service and very nice restaurants recommendations. And while one of us was sick, she let us stay a bit longer to checke out. We were able to leave our luggage there and we were even be able to use shower after we check out. Super nice experience.

We had a wonderful stay here. We had such a great time that we extended our stay. The location is very central but also in a quiet, peaceful part of town within easy walking distance of all the restaurants / boat rides / bars etc. We hired a scooter and helmets which were very good quality. Free, fresh breakfast was provided with lots of different food choices. All tours / transport / laundry can be easily organised at the accommodation. The best thing about our stay was the wonderful staff here, super friendly, they made herbal tea for us when we felt sick and provided loads of information / advice. Thank you so much, we would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed my stay here, hotel manager is super friendly does everything possible to ensure you have a good stay - booked tours, transportation to and from hotel, cooked meals, did my laundry, organized a massage at hotel, gave me a couple rides around town, and more. The location of the hotel is also fantastic - just a couple minutes from the main road with all the attractions, so the hotel is still very quiet. The hotel manager is a lifelong resident so she can knows everything and is willing to help you out with everything

The rooms are lovely and clean, with aircon/heater which is great cos we were pretty cold in Ninh Binh! The owner is so so attentive, she booked us a night bus and allowed us to stay in the room until 10pm with no extra charge. She hand washed our clothes and air dried them. Breakfast is included in the price, which comes with a plate a fruit. The owner goes the extra mile. The location is perfect.
