The owner, Oanh went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and to share her culture with us. Our room was cleaned daily and there was a good choice of freshly home-cooked breakfasts every morning. Oanh also provides a laundry service as well as booking transport. The icing on the cake was when Oanh took us to the local market to buy ingredients for spring rolls (we had told her they are our favourite Vietnamese food) and then showed us how to make them. We finished by being invited to eat a meal with Oanh and her family. A lovely and unforgettable experience. We would 100% recommend this as a good value, clean and comfortable place to stay, just a minute walk from the shops and restaurants in Tam Coc.

This place is perfect. The owner was the best you could ask for and helped us book our journey to the next location. The room was clean, spacious and modern. A great base whilst exploring Tam Coc. She made us a delicious breakfast every morning and let us go out all day on the hotel bikes. She also very kindly let us check in extra early which we were very grateful for after a long night bus. Would definitely recommend.

Great little hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. It’s set back from the road so a little quieter. The owner is helpful and friendly and breakfast is good. We used the bikes and they were new and in really good condition.

Everything. The lady owner couldn't have done more for us, she waited up to let us check in early at 4am and let us have breakfast whenever we woke up even though it was past breakfast time. She booked the bus for us too our next destination and allowed us too stay in the room until we got picked up at 1.30pm! The hotel is comfy and clean and the rooms are modern. Very hot nice shower (probably the best we've had in 3 weeks in Vietnam) Motorbikes and bicycles also available to rent.

The owner - such a good heart and welcoming, Service from Breakfast, Laundry, Room extension, Motorbike rental to transport Organization to the next destiny. Yes we needed that all. Concerning we traveling since 4 months a lot of hotel we do appreciate a good warm shower, good food, good bed and a place you felt comfortable. I wish I could gave an extraordinary 5star, concerning i was sick (like so many of the people arriving here from cold weather) she made the asian oil scratching massage - i know that from my parents that is the best thing u could do when u are sick - to make me feels better. I was so thankful for taking care of me. I do appreciate that kind of awesome people so I would hopefully have u an spirit about this hotel with a soul :)

We loved everything! Lovely host! Breakfast is satisfying, rooftop view is great. Bed is comfortable, room is simple but nice. Definitely recommend staying here, it's off the main street but super close walk to all the tasty restaurants.

I strongly believe this is one of the best places in Tam Coc! Everything was absolutely amazing! The host is super friendly and kind-hearted, room was very clean, new and spacious. They also provide with breakfast, all bath amenities (soap, shower gel, shampoo, razor, hair brush, brush teeth) and bike rental. Would love to back here again!

Everything was perfect!

What an amazing stay!! The family who run this hotel are asbolutely incredible - they are so welcoming and organised our transport, as well as daily activities (they have scooters and bicycles you can rent to easily get to Trang An/Mua Caves). The location is great, rooms exactly as pictured and the breakfast they cooked for us every morning was so tasty! Even when we felt unwell for a few days, the family looked after us as if we were their own family. We extended our stay because we loved it so much here and Ninh Binh is extremely beautiful with lots to explore! Would 100% recommend staying here if visiting Tam Coc/Ninh Binh.

Can’t find the right words. It‘s been more than excellent! The first time during our trip everything was clean, the room was very comfortable. Wee didn’t miss anything for our comfort! BIG RECOMMENDATION!! The family is so lovely and caring. They are always there for you to help you with absolutely everything. The breakfast was very nice, we could rent out bikes and did our washing. Best stay in Vietnam by far! If you come to Tam Coc, stay here!

there was nothing in particular that I did not like. it was cold when we stayed in Tam Coc, but if you experince cold weather like we did, be sure to ask for an extra blanket and use the AC on heat. The blanket that we received was so amazingly soft. Also, if you want to work and need wifi, in the superior level rooms the connection is a little unstable, but at the reception we had strong 5g connection.

Our hosts were very hospitable and always happy to help with anything. You can rent scooter and bikes at the property, you can do laundry and book transfers at good prices. The location is also good, there are enough restaurants around, atms, a pharmacy, small grocery shops.

This hotel is in a fantastic location and we loved our stay - we were greeted with a warm welcome, told about breakfast (delicious pancakes) and shown to our room. The room was clean and had everything we needed, including bottles of water and other drinks that could be purchased. Would definitely recommend it to anyone, and we will be staying here again if we come back to Vietnam!
