Very basic hut and the bathroom was not really good. Expect a village vibe and village hut type facilities exactly like they mention. Nothing fancy

Rates from booking website were wrongly calculated by the website itself for some reason. I ended up paying more for a single bed room than the price for double bed room. Therefore the whole experience costed me more than it should have (we had 3 single bed rooms and 1 double bed). This is a very unfortunate mistake from booking website making the ratio cost vs quality unfavorable : almost 20 usd for this type of room is overpriced both for the location itself as for the standard of the homestay. Check prices carefully when booking. The owners sadly could not change anything about it once it was booked.

The setting of this homestay is very nice. Beautiful environment. If you feel like staying in a lookalike ecolodge, this is for you. Simple furniture as you would expect in an ecolodge but very convenient. Cleanliness of the rooms. Food is good and freshly prepared. Mattress would suit people who do not mind sleeping on hard surfaces. Staff is very nice. Big up to the ladies there. The two owners are lovely. They know a lot about the surroundings. Just ask them :-).

The staffs are unprofessional, they put us in the wrong room on the first night (lower grade) but charged the same amount. It took them more than 1 hour to prepare a meal and deliver in room (they forgot it and we needed to remind twice). Food is meh.

The garden is pretty with flowers and butterflies.

The staff don’t speak english, so google translate is your best friend here. Because it is a Homestay, the family also lives there and sometimes it felt like I was bothering them by asking questions/for services. That being said, they were friendly, always helped and were well connected with taxis and activity recommendations.

The property is gorgeous, and it was quite affordable. You can also get food from them.

The place was a full immersion in the nature, the owner was kind and helpful with everything. We even rented the motorbike from them and the food was very good and tasty. Be ready to be a little cold when you take a shower because the bungalow is really made of bamboo, at least it was for us in november but is nothing you can't stand. I would really recommend this place

It is a beautiful place where they grow their own tomatoes and there are beautiful flowers in the fields. Airconditioning works well and the bed was very comfy. But most important the staff is the best! A travel company cancelled my bus back to Hanoi at 11PM the night before and the team did everything in their power to help me get on a morning bus so I could make it in time to hanoi for my transfer to a new deatination from there. Had nice fried rice for breakfast and on the bus now! If you are coming to visit ban gioc waterfall. Stay here for a few days. Its the perfect spot to stay close to town! everything reachable by walking thanks lovely people from Luong son🩷

It feels like the crew doesn't like forigen people. Every request we had, even ordering food at the restaurant was met with a sour face. To add to all that, after 2 nights we were kicked out of our room in the rudest way, even though we talked with the manager about staying for a week. Early morning, one of the staff members knocked on the door and said she needs to clean the room, it was not even check out time and we weren't planning on checking out, and as we pack our bags all confused the lady comes back and start cleaning while we are still in there. We felt kicked out forcefully.

The yard is amazing, room and washroom is also fine. Dogs are very sweet and the ducks are also funny when they are not trying to attack you.

The room was very comfortable and clean. It had everything you could possibly need and more. I loved the garden and the pond as well as the lovely dogs. Lastly, it was amazing that the first thing you hear in the morning is the birds singing 🎶

Been here 4 times last year. The perfect place to stay. So cute and hidden off the beaten path and it was the cheapest place too. 10/10!

the property wasn’t that clean (I assume it was because of closure due to Covid ). the bed was bamboo made and it was just okay. we ate dinner and food was quite dissatisfying. owner was good and smiling and he even came to pick us up.

Mosquito net didn’t cover bed adequately. Staff where rude and uninterested, I felt like I wasn’t welcome. Party went on until 11pm with loud music and karaoke so I couldn’t sleep, bed was hard and uncomfortable and then I was awoken 5:30 am at sunrise due to Bamboo building letting in a lot of light and pet birds kept in cages on outside of building. Partying and being emerged in a bird aviary not what you expect when you pay for a nights rest!
