For the price and the quality of the rooms. This is amazing value and a really good 4 star hotel. Big comfy beds. Nice rooftop pool and bar. A good breakfast. The staff are very friendly. I had an issue with my security box and they solved it quickly. Not too far to walk to the beach. Quite a few restaurants, shop and spa nearby. Would stay again

Street was a bit too busy, and noise accumulated into the room. Spa was not open, nor sauna, so why to mention that they have a spa. The ticket system for breakfast was a bit too old fashion.

Location was good to the beach and to the city. Breakfast was tasty.

The suite was quite luxurious with a really nice view on the road leading up to the beach. Bed is super comfy and The location js great also. The personnel was polite and professional.

Everything was nice but if I could recommend, it would be great to rethink the bath/shower isolation. There was a lot of water leaking so we had to use our remaining towels to clean.

The hotel is located nearby the beach and it is easy to commute from the airport or to other landmarks. The service was excellent. The staff is very kind, professional and cheerful (receptionists and housekeepers). Big thanks to Ms Duong and Ms Tuyet for their care and assistance until the end of our stay. They were of great help, as the rest of the staff.

Nothing about this hotel was bad, we stayed one night at the grand suite and wished we could’ve stayed longer. All the staffs were polite and really very helpful. Special mentions to house keeper Tra Giang, bell boy Ngoc Tuan and receptionist Thuy Duong for making our stay better than we expected. Keep up the great work.

The room was pretty clean, the staffs were very welcoming, friendly and helpful, and the location was great. Close to the beach and in the midst of the city. My sister forgot her passport and the hotel had someone dropped it off at the airport for us. Very impressed with the service!!

They were always attentive and quick to respond to any concerns we had, ensuring that we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our visit. The atmosphere was incredibly calm, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax. We particularly enjoyed the billiards and swimming pool, which were both accessible and complimentary. It was such a great way to spend some leisure time. The SPA service was a delightful addition to our stay. The reasonable prices made it even more enjoyable, and the staff at the SPA were excellent at accommodating our preferences, making our experience truly pleasant. And let's not forget the breakfast! It was an absolute feast with a wide variety of local and continental options. The pastries, noodles, rice, fried spring rolls, coffee, tea, fruit juice, and more made for a delicious and satisfying start to each day. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. With restaurants all around, we had plenty of choices for dining. And the beautiful nearby beaches were a real highlight. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible. The location wasnt bad but i had to take a good walk to get to the beach.

Break fast was OK. Location was nice. Room ambience was good. all room had plenty of natural light.

The roof top bar prices were very expensive at the hotel (VND421k) for two cocktails. The shower in our room didn’t expel water which meant the a side of the bathroom pooled water, not a biggy just annoying. Housekeeping often forgot to refill body wash and shampoo.

Decent breakfast numerous options. Good location 5-10 min to the beach. Surrounded by many good quality restaurants, very good quality live seafood. Great pool and roof top bar. Amazing views across Da Nang.

I booked to stay at this hotel for two nights. The room they provided had a bad smell and no air conditioning. It turns out the room allows smoking. The next day we complained that the room didn’t have air conditioning but they just hired a technician to come and take a quick look, he did nothing. After I complained again in the evening, they offered to move me to another air-conditioned room. The changed room was cleaner and non-smoking.
